Another great read by a talented author I really enjoyed reading it and will definitely read more and recommend reading it
Really enjoyed these alpha male cowboys, seven men band together to become as close as brothers, each have their own hard start in life an have the same adversary “Hawkes” it’s a bit confusing as this is the second half of the set so miss some of the details, recommend that you start with book one to get the best experience but worth reading, really feels like your watching a serial unfold, and you can’t put it down. Each bride also has their own story and it’s lovely to see love blossom for them all.
3.75/5 stars! This box set includes the last four books and a novella of the series. Featuring a band of brothers bonded by a mutual goal, each brother ends up falling in love. In this box set are the stories of Blake, Bishop, Barron, and Benjamin as well as a novella featuring Percy, a family friend. BLAKE'S BRIDE: This silent and strong man falls in love with a woman who is running from her past. It was nice that the hero wanted to alleviate the heroine's worries so that the two can have a future. BISHOP'S BRIDE: One of the twins ends up falling in love with a woman who wants to rescue her sister. It takes some time for the two to fall in love after some events that happened in the story. BARRON'S BRIDE: The last twin falls in love...with the sister who falls in love with his twin brother. This grumpy man finds his match with the strong woman who founds her own feet to help with the series villain. PERCY'S HOPE: This novella introduced the first meeting of the woman Percy falls in love with. This sets up his own future book. BENJAMIN'S BRIDE: After the rest of the brothers ties the knot, this wakes up the gunslinger to his feelings for his friend, a woman who is tired of waiting for him to return her feelings. The book ties up the overall plot of this series. Overall, this is a nice box set of sweet romance. I liked two of the four stories better while the the novella was okay. I liked the overall plot and the subplot of each book. Though I would have liked more details for smooth transitions, but that's my personal preference. **Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the review copy.**

Made me think of the beautiful classic movies- of brothers and wives! Liked being able to read one right after another.
Although I did enjoy bits of these stories, I felt as though I had come into it mid way through (which obviously I had as it's books 4+) so although it wasn't dependent on knowing what had happened when the other characters, you did sort of feel like an interloper coming to a family party etc as you didn't know the whole background, i.e. hawkes, so for anyone interested, definitely read them in order. The stories were ok but sadly just didn't hold my interest but yet again that may be due to not knowing the background on things properly so I would say others will enjoy this if you start at the beginning on the series. It's full of alpha male cowboys set in the 1800s and overcoming hardships for a better future
