Although I didn't follow the two week plan, I found this book a good resource for different recipes and try new meals. I don't normally follow diet books but I'm interested in learning about different health ideas so this was an interesting one to read.

I try not to get too many diet books. This one while has some delicious looking recipes doesn't feel as well research or well directed as some others.
