Mindfulness and state of consciousness when eating! Quelle horreur, self motivating awareness! I’m currently binging on French vanilla slices and loving the taste so I definitely am tempted to shy away from the pages here. It seems the sugar high is my addiction. But, she pleads, I don’t take sugar in my coffee! A different approach to eating/weight loss advice for those wanting a more thoughtful approach. I guess self awareness is the first step.
