Enjoyable enough listen, although didn't feel any of the content was particularly new or eye opening compared to similar books I've read. That having been said, it's delivered in an engaging style, and will absolutely hit the mark for many looking to make a change to their lives. Some interesting side stories to flesh out the topics too.
