A quick enjoyable read that see's two characters being thrown together due to some of the challenges life has thrown at them.
I read this book in one sitting!. The characters were great, the storyline was fun, and overall it was a fantastic way to escape the real world for a couple of hours.
So, for her, to meet the terms of her father’s will and for him the need of a fake date, all leads to a very enjoyable afternoon’s reading. I really enjoyed the warmth of the characters and the little teist in the story. Great fun

Really enjoyed this second chance romance
Total escapism which for me is what Mills and Boon is all about
Loved the characters, well written
Enjoyable read
A second chance romance about two people who shy away from emotional involvement because of their pasts. Both have secrets, but they need each other, and they cannot deny the attraction between them.
Relatable characters and a recognisable glamorous setting contribute to this is a lovely romance. It's based on a fake relationship but develops into friendship and love. The first book in the Cassaveti Inheritance series is Ava and Liam's story.
Ava and Liam are easy to empathise both damaged by their past family life. The trust between them realistically matures into love which culminates in a happy ever after. There are new characters to meet and questions to explore in further books in this romantic series.
I received a copy of this book from Mills and Boon via NetGalley in return for an honest review.
A joint agreement to fake date, for business dealing reasons, blossoms into real feelings of love and desire.
Her father's will that has to be adhered to, involves the strangeness of meeting and working with the half siblings that she has yet to meet.
With a happy ever after ending in this romantic story of love, commitment and everlasting happiness.
I really enjoyed this story. Of course it's very unrealistic, but then again, who of us actually reads books like this because we want something that's like our life; we read it as an escape to a world where everything is different and in a way better. It's a short read, only about an hour, but it's very sweet and a clean read, and the main characters are lovely. I'd recommend

This was a enjoyable read. I really like the fake relationship trope and I loved the way Ava and Liam worked out how to make their fake relationship look real. It all made sense and seemed much more believable because of that element. I normally prefer a more open door approach to sex scenes and found this style a little disappointing. However, I recognise that is the heat level for this line.
Liam’s former marriage and Ava’s parental angst explained the various hang ups but I found the developing relationship was very well developed. Well executed and very entertaining!
