I liked the lead character and it was interesting to see how he got the the top. The humour missed the mark for me but that is subjective and others will no doubt have a different view.

I was really looking forward to this book but it wasnt what I expected. I struggled with the first few chapters and I am not a prude. Took a break and read a few reviews and continued to read it.

This book wasn't for me but can see the appeal.

Maybe it is whee we find ourselves at the moment am not sure but didi not enjoy the 20% I managed to read,I find the humour ‘off’ rather than funny and really wasn’t for me,apologies
