As someone who supports a large retail organization in Sales Operations I thought this read was super informational. The best part of the book/guide was the exercises. I 100% agree that if companies don’t adapt they won’t survive this blow that we know as Covid-19. Resetting the foundational things and going after change for categories of change you actually believe in are also key. Well researched and well written so it was a quick interesting read and not like most business books where you the reader struggle.
