Brushed off gave me Gotham City vibes while reading it. I imagined a foggy, cloud covered city with mysterious people and events lurking. The cat and mouse game , of constantly guessing and being kept on edge as a reader was intriguing. Thank you NetGalley and M. Lee Musgrave for this electronic ARC opportunity.
