11 years ago, a new mother, Shelby Tebow went missing, then shortly after, Meredith and her 6 year old daughter Delilah disappeared. Now, Delilah has been found but there are still many questions about what happened to her.
I was really hooked on this book quickly. I read it in a day. It is told from a number of perspectives, Leo, Delilah's younger brother, in the present day; Kate, a neighbor of Meredith's family, 11 years ago just after the disappearance; and Meredith herself 11 years ago before her disappearance, which worked well. I was very engaged in the mystery and what the exactly happened all of those years ago. The resulting answers are what made this a 4 star, rather than a 5 star for me. I guess the way it ended was all feasible, but it wasn't quite as compelling of an ending as I was hoping for. Overall a good read though, and I will read her next.

Is this story believable in anyway? no. Is it thoroughly enjoyable, was it a page turner, is it unpredictable, yes.
This is another great thriller by this author. I really recommend it. Especially liked how it switched between narrators.
