This is a cute little book with Bible verse about how love is always around us and everything that love can be.

Zondervan has created a delightful book illustrating 1 Corinthians 13 set within the context of nature and the animal world. Each page is a visual treat that draws children into each colorful illustration by Paola Escobar. There is so much to see on each page that it will take multiple readings to discover all its beauty.

What better text than Scripture to fill a young child's mind with? The setting of nature offers opportunities to explore the animal kingdom, discussing animals and the natural world. Nature is the perfect backdrop for the "Love" chapter of the Bible for Creation is certainly an obvious expression of the Father's love for us.

I hope that Zondervan will publish more books using Biblical text. Planting God's Word in a child's heart and mind at an early age is one of the greatest literary gifts we can give them. This would make a beautiful addition to any home, school, or church library.

The picture book Love Is takes a beautiful look at an important passage of scripture. This is surely going to be one of those books that will be gifted to so many new couples and new parents. The illustrations are beautiful. You can't go wrong with this one!

I loved this illustrated version of 1 Corinthians 13. I thought it was beautiful and well done. The text is mostly straight from a Bible translation and the artwork is stunning. The art even tells a story of what love looks like as a tree grows.

What a lovely book! The colorful illustrations were really beautiful. I like the idea of using this book to introduce the bible to children. We have storybook bibles, which is great for younger kids. This book will be a great conversation starter not only about the bible, but about the concept of love in all its different forms. I'll be adding this to my kiddos' home library for sure!

Love Is…. Has incredible illustrations by the talented Paola Escobar. This book brings the passages of First Corinthians 13 to life in a way I’ve never seen. The illustrator uses the beauty of nature, vibrant and fun colors, forest animals, seasons changing, bugs, birds, and a rainbow to show children the beauty of love.

This book would be perfect to give as a gift. It has a beautiful cover, and illustrations throughout. Children of many ages would love the beauty and message of this book. The illustrations are captivating and can be used to help further discussion amongst its readers. This book carries such an important message of love. I will joyfully include this book in my gift giving in the future. Thank you Paola Escobar for such incredible and creative illustrations.

Such a beautiful way to illustrate such a tender scripture. Everything about this book was everything u hoped it would be if not more. I love this so much. I need my own copy like yesterday!

A beautifully illustrated picture book for 1 Corinthians 13, the love passage. I thought it was so lovely.

A wonderful piece of text from the Bible told in an original and children friendly way. Using the animals of the world to demonstrate what love, patience, kindness and hope is, was pure genius and the illustrations were gorgeous.

This is a very short book. It is based on 1 Corinthians 13. The picture are set in a forest. The pictures are absolutely beautiful. 
Definitely great for any of your Sunday school lesson plans for this chapter or just reading at home to your children or grandchildren.

Brought into brilliant life by the illustrations is New Testament verse 1 Corinthians 13 which is appropriate for any belief system. No preaching, just simple truth made visible by the use of lovely illustrations of the natural world. An excellent asset to any home or library!

The love chapter known from the bible 1 Corinthians 13 is a simplified picture book for children on what love is. It is easier for children to grasp meaning with the animal kingdom than with just using our words. Not only do we learn what love is but just important is what love is not. Highly recommend.

This is the sweetest book!! This would be a lovely baby shower gift. I would recommend this for a reading at night with your children. This is the bible verse that says what Love is. Each picture is so gorgeous. It makes you feel like you are outdoors right with them. The pictures alone does so much for the book. This is such a good book and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful illustrations in a simplistic book format. It has only a few words per page so it would be good for young children who are learning to read.

Simple words to explain what love is and isn't, with beautiful illustrations to accompany it, all set outside with lots of wildlife.

With the text taken from the universally appreciated text of Corinthians, "Love is" uses these words of wisdom, along with the clear and charming illustrations to pass on the story of love and appreciation of all things around us. When starting the book I did expect it to finish further on in the text "the greatest of these is love" but it did have the impact of me getting my bible out and then reading that part to my daughter who has reread it herself several times since. The images are clear, colourful and engaging for the younger reader, with adults being able to meditate and consider the words through the use of the images as well. A great family book.

Such a beautiful book about love and how it pulls you through life and it's hardships. The illustrations in the book are amazing. Beautiful colors and wonderful animal designs. I really loved this book in verse and highly recommend it. Thanks so much to #Netgalley for the early review copy.
