With my husband having been raised on a farm, I have a deep appreciation for farmers. I wanted to share this with my grandchildren and this book was perfect to read with my youngest grandchild. It shows how a simple meal or snack all comes from the farm such as milk, carrots, peas, grapes, grain to make bread and more. Each of the items mentioned is brought up with gratitude, as in “Thank you, BEES, for sweet honey.” The book ends showing a table set with all the foodstuffs mentioned and big "thank you farms, thank you farmers!" The illustrations are large, colourful and simple with a rustic country look. I love the appreciation for farms and nature’s bounty as well as showing children that food does not come from a store, but a farm. My grandson enjoyed this book and when we read it the third time, he "read it to me". A wonderful book for families and preschools.

I loved this little book! It was such a sweet reminder of things to be thankful for in terms of our food chain.

This is a great book about being grateful for everything you get and have and to realize where things come from.

To a child you cannot repeat Thank You often enough! :)

My 3.5-year-old was a bit old for this picture book but the illustration is really nice and the topic gives you lots of ideas to talk about. It's a must for families who live in the city.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the editors at Storey for this ARC.

Thank You, Farm is an adorably illustrated book that reminds us how farms, farmers, animals, and the environment all work together to bring us food and other items (like wool) that make our lives healthy and happy.

The message of being thankful is of course one that is beneficial to all ages, and I think this is a great picture book to introduce children to the knowledge of where some foods, and textiles come from, and also the people who work so hard to make it happen.

A very simple book, that lists in heavily pictorial fashion, a few things that we owe farmers and farms for. It's a colourful vocabulary builder, and as it's addressed literally as a Thank You letter, it's spreading just a little dash of the generosity spirit. Even the rain gets a credit here, as we are also encouraged to think perhaps about the food cycle and nature and nutrition and so much more – this has a heck of a depth for a board book.

My oldest is obsessed with farms, so this book was a no-brainer for us. While the narration thanks everything from cows to rain, kids learn what each of these things do for us while looking at beautiful, simple illustrations. Highly recommend to other parents of toddlers! A great way to start your home school library (even if you don't home school).

This fabulous #kidlit #book is filled with bright, colorful illustrations that are sure to delight young children and their parents.

I love that this board book teaches thankfulness and that it shows the correlation between one thing and another: For example: readers learn that honey comes from bees.

I rate this lovely and lovingly illustrated Children's board book as 5 OUT OF 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My future farmers could not set this book down! Beautifully illustrated and easily written, this is perfect for a child who loves all things farm. This book is vibrant, beautiful, and easy to read. Thank You, Farm not only shows children what a farm produces but also how to emulate gratitude for the items we love dearly! This book is interactive and age appropriate for both my one year old and beginning to read three year old. My beginning reader loves to point to and sound out the words while showing his sister the cows, chickens, sheep, carrots, apples, and grapes! We read this book and then go out to the farm to recreate the scenes! We are able to touch the real life apples, the soil, see the chickens and the cows, pick sunflower seeds while reading the gratitude statements.. This book also serves as a great conversation starter of life cycles! Thank You, farm!

I am probably one of the few people who really didn't care for this book. It randomly goes around a farm with the words "thank you for...." There is no real flow. In my experience, the target age range would be 6-18 month olds, who honestly would probably rather hear someone talk about what is going on in the illustrations rather than just hearing the words "thank you for" with no other material.

This book is super adorable and well illustrated. I am definitely adding this to my wishlist for my baby for when it is published! My (other) daughter works in farming and this will be a great book to connect the two of them!

Thank you, Farm is a sweet board book for babies and toddlers with simplified and repetitive farm vocabulary. The illustrations are bright and attractive for little eyes and the inclusion of well-known animals and plants will certainly appeal to the audience as well.

This cute book highlights where on a farm, some of our favorite products come from and who to thank for them. The illustrations are bright and colorful, the text is simple and easy to understand, and we should all be thanking farmers and farm animals for the products they produce.

The pictures and layout in this book were wonderful, but the text left something to be desired. Even super simple text can usually be more compelling. However, the repetition is probably good for reading comprehension!

A brief and straightforward cause and effect board book to introduce children to the idea that farms provide many things for us - food doesn't just appear! My two year old liked the pictures, but I think this is probably aimed at a little bit younger of a child - definitely a quick read for a toddler!

This is probably a board book. It says thank you over and over for all the things farmers do. It is simple and it works. It just has been done over and over and over again, and this one is nothing new.

Very cute book that helps children to understand not only what farms produce but also learn where different foods come. We see that apples come from trees, bread comes from wheat, eggs come from chickens, etc. I also like that this book teaches children to be grateful for things that we have and that nature and farms produce for us. The illustrations are beautiful. This would be perfect for children ages 2-5.

The kind of board book I am always on the lookout for, for my child. Colourful and beautiful illustrations, simple words with a heartwarming message. The message of gratitude is essential in this day and age and what better way than for them to be introduced to it through books.
