This novel sounded hilarious - and it was. I genuinely enjoyed this, I love cynical people anyway, but throw in a cynical taxi driver, driving people from one place to another and you're onto a winner as far as I'm concerned. Right at the beginning of the book, Lou ferried around a lad who had just been released from jail and went from empty house to empty house, on the rob, it was just very real and down to Earth and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
