I read this ARC for an honest review
All thoughts and opinions are mine
Part of a series - I haven't read the others, however, this didn't spoil my enjoyment
Not for the faint hearted - there's a reason its part of the DARE section of M&B
Hot, hot, hot.
Holy moly, that was hot.
I loved this book. I loved the intense lust and shared history of Grace and RJ. I liked the deeper themes of friendship, family, and rivalry, and what they brought to the story. I loved Grace's integrity and RJ's loyalty, and I loved how that was tested by their passion for each other.
Something I really loved was the antics at the beginning. Grace losing her vibrator had me in stitches, it was a really fun way to start the book.
I think this might be the best Dare book I've read yet!
This is book 4 in the Fabulous Gold series and tells the story of RJ. You do not have to have read the other books and this can be read alone. RJ and Grace dated 10 years ago before Grace broke his heart by turning down his proposal, now she is back and wanting to do a story on the Gold family and the feud that drove their success. RJ doesn't want his heart broken again and tries to push Grace away but their attraction is just too great and the more time they spend together the more he wants her back for good.
Thank you Mills and Boon for gifting me a copy of this Book through NetGalley from the April Insiders Newsletter.
This book is the fourth in ‘The Fabulous Golds’ series part of Mills and Boon Dare. This was the first one I had read and also the first by AC Arthur - and it will not be the last!
I really like the DARE Series and this one was no exception. From the first sentence there was steam, which prepared you for what to expect - Sun, Sea and lots of Sex!
The relationship between Grace and RJ was H-O-T, there was steam coming off of the page! Although a lot happened in the story, the main focus was on the sex, and my god there was a lot of it and it was very detailed.
Definitely not a book for the faint hearted 🙊 but if you love a saucy little read, then this is the one for you!
The fourth book in The Fabulous Golds series features RJ and Grace, his ex-lover, the one he wanted to marry who walked away. Grace is a journalist who wants to write an article on the fashion feud that has defined the Golds and their rivals, the Kings. Riley and Chaz are due to marry, bringing both dynasties together and making them even more newsworthy.
It's clear from the start the attraction between Grace and RJ is still burning and something they can't ignore. The love scenes are sizzling, and the dialogue is full of humour, making this an entertaining read. Grace's career is her life and the reason she walked away, but now ten years on, she wants both. Her assignment threatens the chance of love and leads to conflict and heartfelt decision making.
This is an enjoyable, sexy romance with vibrant characters and vivid emotions.
I received a copy of this book from Mills and Boon via NetGalley in return for an honest review.
Another story from this family, in the Dare series of romantic books, like the others this doesn't disappoint.
Love found, love lost, only to be rekindled ten long years later, this time for keeps.
With a happy ever after ending in this romantic story of love, commitment, marriage and everlasting happiness.
