I had no idea that this was the second book in a series. I requested it because I love dragons.
This is a brilliant book that anyone can enjoy, and will keep readers hooked until the end.
It's a gripping book about Jowan who desperately wants to have a Dragon. The night before hatching day he dreams of the egg that will become his dragon, but the egg isn't there and things go wrong.
So begins a huge adventure that leads to love, friendship and a bigger destiny than he could ever dream of.

Wow!! I got this book with the intention to read it to my 9 year old and asking her what she thought of it and to fill a book challenge prompt. But wow I loved it so much that when she fell asleep after a chapter I read on. I couldn't get enough of it. Pageturner alert. This book is not just brilliant for children, YA and adults. It was so well wrote and had you on the edge of seat. So much action and adventure you just get carried away and totally engrossed you will forget the time. I will be reading the authors other books. In fact I can't wait. This book has to be made into a film its that good. Thank you for writing such an amazing story. So much praise to the author.
