Good old fashioned British crime, absolutely loved this book, couldn’t put it down. Not sure I quite liked the ending, but hopefully there is a follow-up.
No American spellings either, bonus.

Picked this book completely out of the blue, as the description offered a slight appeal. Nothing to lose I thought, if doesn’t grab me early on I can always stop.
After a couple of pages or so, I knew I would finish it and I did, enjoying the read.
Perhaps, as it moved towards the end, it became a bit too predictable, although it didn’t end as I thought it might, which gives me the impression that there will be a follow up, or perhaps mor.e.
A new author to me and I will keep an eye open for her other books.
