Sometimes we need a reminder of what it is to be human. The ebbs and flows. This book was a great reminder of that with very practical tips to include in your daily life. I also loved the real-life examples. It's very relatable. Sometimes we forget that everyone is struggling. It's important to remember that when we feel alone in our struggles. Great book recommended to everyone who struggles in life... so basically all humans!

This is a very good book and is written with kindness. This book helps with lots of mental health issues and would help people that are going through things they are finding difficult to cope with.

A easy to read self help guide. I found the strategies helpful ale though most I had heard of before, I did however really enjoy the meditations and feel I would come back to this book simply to go over the

Very helpful guide for anyone who is anxious or wants to know more about anxiety and depression. Easy to read and exercises and strategies to follow, there is also support and resources on line. Written by an expert in the field Natalie Read, this a valuable resource for counsellors and also for self help. Taking the steps to acceptance and being human is the theme throughout. I found the guided meditations excellent and as we come out of a period of lockdown and maybe starting to doubt what we always thought or wondering if we are on the right track, I found the book extremely helpful. Being Human is a self help book encouraging awareness, responsibility and self-empowerment. It is very personal to the author and includes exercises, examples and free access to 12 meditations. It is an easy read, but there are lots of books like this on the market, and for me it didn't really offer anything new. However it might be the perfect book for someone new to the genre and is quite well written. Overall a good book.

Being Human is written from the heart with a positive and compassionate message, encouraging awareness, responsibility and self-empowerment. It’s full of examples, explanations, exercises and also provides free access to 12 accompanying meditations written to support the material in this book.. Great self help book and one I’m sure I’ll come back to time and time again.
