If you’re looking for a bizarrely brilliant, action-packed adventure, then this is the book for you. Get What They Deserve is another genius mash up between the fantasy, sci-fi, adventure and comedy genres.

In the latest offering to this spin-off series, the Fowl Twins return to face their old adversary, Lord Teddy Bleedham-Drye, in a rematch packed with ghosts, clones and laughs a plenty. Eoin Colfer’s unique brand of writing is back with a bang, bringing characters to life and making ingenious inventions a reality.

I really enjoyed this visit back to the world of the Fowl Twins. Whilst I didn’t enjoy this spin-off quite as much as the original series, I did find it very clever, entertaining and well woven together. Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC.
