With grateful thanks to netgalley for an early copy in return for an honest opinion,
Thanks for a lovely early copy a really nice book enjoyed it.
Sadly this was just too predictable and fell a little flat.
It was the kind of romance story where you don’t see what’s right in front of you but to be honest so much was made of the holiday romance guy that the guy in her life wasn’t given enough dimension to compete for me
The tittle and cover don’t do this book justice . It is a really good read. Moved back and forward. Does not matter how old you are divorced parents make young or old children sad. It was a love story. I would not have guessed how it ended but it was good. Music was the theme all the way and good friendships. I liked the main character Norah . Also the description of Dublin was ace.. I really enjoyedit
Yes! I can finally get back into the Christmas Spirit! A Holliday romance! I kind of got reminded of Mann. When it was about meeting up on a certain day and place and you have no contact with the person. (Mann is a Bollywood movie btw :) )
I received an ARC from Netgalley and the publisher in return for an honest review.
This was a lovely, satisfying romance. Off to Dublin to meet Andrew after ten years, Our heroine is accompanied by best friend Joe. The development of the story after that is so beautifully done and the journey to a happy ever after was really well executed! I thoroughly enjoyed it - so well written.
This was such a fabulous, warm, romantic book. I absolutely adored it & will be recommending it to everyone! Thanks for the opportunity to read & review this book.
A really sweet romance . Norah and Andrew meet in Verona and agree to meet again if they are still single. Her best friend Joe agrees to accompany her to Dublin to meet up with Andrew. Fate throws them a curve ball and they end up together, great beach read to take on holiday with you.
Terminally single Norah Jones remembers a pact she made with Andrew ten years ago; if they were still, single in ten years they would meet at the clock tower in Dublin. So off Norah goes. But life is never that straightforward and things take an unexpected turn or two along the way. Comforting, fun and romantic this book makes you feel and comforted
