I really enjoyed this book!

The it was a really fun read and I loved that we actually got three mini stories within the book – excellent!

Sindhu and Jeet as the main characters were great and I loved their adventures.

I like the mix of characters that they met in the book and the problems they solved too.

It was easy to follow and understand and it is 5 stars from me for this one – very highly recommended!

Here are three quite breathlessly fast thriller stories for young children. Our heroes, two young Indian friends, spot something untoward at the airport waiting for the London flight that starts their holiday, but surely getting involved in stopping crime will cancel the trip? Once here, a mix-up leaves then going up Tower Bridge and not the Tower of London, but gosh dangit there's crime there too. And that's nothing when they go looking at some exotic conch shells in the Natural History Museum... These are fine as they are, apart from a wilful disregard for reality, and a running theme of them being given freebies when they solve things (spoiler alert...). There's mention of saris and kabaddi, the Indian game that mixes tag with ball-less rugby, but not a lot of exotic flavour, but these aren't really concerned with being that distinctive. Instead they're here to make sure young reluctant readers know they can finish a book chock full of drama, and the fast pace here proves that. I'll have forgotten them tomorrow, but the book achieves its aims perfectly well, so gets the rating its specific demand deserves.
