I loved this book and have referred back to it, reading it more slowly and taking lots of notes the second time around. This book came at a perfect time for me as I was wanting to reconnect more deeply with my spiritual side, feeling it had unfortunately become a little hidden under other life obligations.

This easy to read book completely helped me get back on track on my path, gently guiding me with reminders , exercises and tips on remembering my why and how to achieve deeper satisfaction along the way.
