A wonderful and uplifting contemporary romance. At first I was worried that it might be a bit cliched and predictable but it wasn’t at all! Funny, heartwarming and unputdownable, Fran’s character development was brilliant and seeing her take ownership of her life and future was the most satisfying part of this story. This is the first book I’ve read by this author and now I want to read more!

Carrie Hope Fletcher is a great narrator and I found myself really believing she was Fran. Just the right amount of enthusiasm and intonation made it feel like a conversation with a particularly entertaining friend.
