I enjoyed the story and plot but I just didn’t bond with the characters.
I felt like it was such a interesting story / how they was related but I personally found there was too many POV’s. Girl can only handle a dual😂😂
I’ve got Lucy’s other books to read and I saw the other day, one of them is on KU so might start with that one!

The Paris Apartment is an excellent read that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.
The book is set in the beautiful city of Paris and the author does an incredible job of bringing the city to life. The descriptions of the city are so vivid and rich that I felt like I was there, walking the streets and experiencing the sights and sounds of Paris. The setting was really a fantastic choice as it really adds to the overall atmosphere of the book and makes me want to visit the city!
The plot of The Paris Apartment is incredibly well-crafted, with plenty of twists and turns that kept me guessing until the very end. The tension builds as the book progresses and the author does an excellent job of keeping the reader on their toes. The characters are also incredibly well-developed. They are three-dimensional and I know it's a cliche, but they really do leap off the page. The flaws and difficulties of the main characters are an important focus of the book, which makes them feel incredibly realistic and relatable.
The pacing of the book is also excellent; the story moves along at a steady pace that keeps the reader engaged. It's very well written, with descriptive and evocative language that really immerses the reader in the story. Lucy Foley has a unique writing style that is both engaging and captivating.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good mystery thriller. It's a fantastic read and I can't wait to see what the author comes up with next. This book is a must-read for fans of the genre and for anyone who loves a well-crafted and well-written story. I guarantee that once you start reading, you won't be able to put it down!

I absolutely loved the Paris Apartment. I was so excited to get to it as I adored The Guest List and it did not disappoint. I was theorizing up until the very end and was completely gripped from the get go!

An amazing thriller that kept me reading way past my bedtime! I loved the multiple points of view and the short chapters added to the intensity of the mystery. Highly recommended!

Love Lucy Foley and devoured Hunting Party and The Guest List, so couldn't wait to start this book. It did not disappoint. Full of her usual twists and turns, loved it.

My first Lucy Foley book and definitely not my last! I enjoyed this so freaking much I never wanted it to end!
Right from the very start you’re left wondering what on earth was happening. Every character felt suspicious in some way and it definitely kept me on my toes at every turn. I was left shocked a few times as well as I was not expecting the twists and turns!
I love myself a mystery and this definitely hit the spot for me. The chapters are super short and it’s has mixed POVs which for me made it so much better. You got to witness what was going on from every angle!
If you’re in need of a good murder mystery then definitely go read this. It won’t disappoint!

Set in an old Parisian apartment block, another twisty mystery from Lucy Foley.
Jess arrives at a beautiful apartment block in Paris to spend time with her brother Ben, only to find he has mysteriously disappeared. She knows instinctively that something is not right. The short, snappy chapters help build the tension as we follow Jess as she delves into the depths of the apartment blocks and get to know its inhabitants.
Great ensemble cast and an intriguing mystery at its heart with a great setting.

4.5⭐
I was fortunate to get a space on the #tandemcollective readalong for this book. In my opinion this is the author's best book so far! Although a similar style with different characters in one location, the fact this was an appointment block added a different dynamic, plus being set in Paris. I really enjoyed it!

This loses a star from me simply because it starts slowly and takes a while to get going... its worth sticking with it though.
We follow Jess as she arrives at her brothers Paris apartment, only to find him missing.
There are a lot of interesting characters living in the building with plenty of twists and turns.

This is my favourite book from Lucy Foley to date! A bit hard to keep all of the characters and plot points at the beginning, but once the story took off, it became easier to read and in fact I found it impossible to put it down!

This is my favourite Lucy Foley to date. It’s been so lovely reading her mystery books as they come out and seeing the improvement of her plotting and writing within each of these books. My only real criticism of this book is that at times it became hard to keep all of the characters, view points and plot points together but once you got used to how the story was set up it became easier to read and follow along.

I really enjoyed this - I had seen all the very mixed reviews (this book really does seem to divide opinion), but I wanted to go into this open minded and give it a fair shot! I am so glad I did, this is a great little locked room murder mystery told from multiple POVs by characters all living within the same Paris apartment building. This book twists and turns and reveals very little for the first chunk of the book even though there is plenty going on as it sets the scene - its up to you as the reader to decide who you trust, and what is the truth. I was totally hooked -the small chapters help propel you through the story as you want to devour just one more chapter.......
Jess has escaped to Paris following an incident at work in the UK, and turns up at her brother Ben's apartment only to find he is not answering the phone or the door. When she manages to gain entry she is convinced he has come into some trouble, and she sets out to discover what has happened and where he has gone. As Jess acquaints herself with the other tenants in the building she learns all about their interconnections, secrets and hidden agendas - her suspicions peak as she unravels their indiscretions and she sets out to find out who knows more than they are letting on!
I love the scene setting, I loved the multiple POVs and I did not see the ending coming. Off to move The Guest List further up my TBR now......

An absolute page turner, I couldn’t out this one down! The book is both compelling but also very well paced and as always Lucy Foley creates the perfect recipe for a murder mystery. Many thanks to Tandem Collective and Harper Collins for this ARC.

Having loved the guest list I was excited to read the Paris Apartment but it lacked the finesse of her other books
Although enjoyable some of thecharacters were slightly annoying and I wanted them to be more sensible
But enjoyable

I really enjoyed this tense and atmospheric read. Secrets and lies aplenty, this is one of those stories that makes you question everyone and everything. Almost claustrophobic in it’s setting, the rooms and secret staircases added to the tension.

I unfortunately did not enjoy this one as much as I did Foley’s other books. I found it an odd story, it dragged on forever and by the end I was completely underwhelmed. This is at odds with how I expected to feel with this one. None of the characters were particularly likeable and I just found it disjointed.

Lucy Foley does it again! A twisty turny story told from multiple POVs and keeps you guessing until the end. I’m deffo going to read more of her books I’d they’re all as good as this!!!

Amazing plot twists with the clear elements of danger. Foley is the master at creating tension in novels. I loved the hidden motives as it brings the characters to life.

I really enjoyed this mystery. I feel Lucy Foley is well-known for her 'grey characters' and this book did not disappoint. I will say though, I was not expecting that ending!

This is the third book by Lucy Foley that I’ve read and as usual it doesn’t disappoint. It’s a real page turner.
