Such a shame I only had an arc of this book, as I really feel that it didn’t do it justice.
A really beautiful designed book with great illustrations alongside wonderful words.

A book I could really lose myself in, a perfect coffee table book for any plant and nature lover. It’s such a nice light read that you can dip in and out of. Such practical advice for not just rural areas but also urban.
A great present for Christmas, birthday or a cheeky gift for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

This book should be on every counsellor, coach or healer's shelf. An amazing resource from which to take ideas to encourage clients and one's own self care by getting back into nature.

This is a beautifully designed book, even the contents page is pleasant to look at. The format is fresh and something I loved!

The content of the book is just as lovely, it made me feel nostalgic, reflective and hopeful. Into the green encapsulates the way I want to live my life and it was great to have tips and ideas for achieving it all in one book.

There are many facets to this book from self care rituals that help us to reflect and reconnect to gardening content that made me crave feeling soil between my fingers again, eager to utilise the information in the book.

I would definitely recommend this book to everyone I know!

Even though this kind of book is nothing new, it still felt fresh somehow, probably because of its design. It's a shame to have this an e-arc, because I think a lot gets lost when you don't see the page layout in the actual book. I liked some of the ideas of how to connect with nature as this my mission on my blog for next year, so in a way an apt book.
