A thought provoking novel that starts with the arrival of a rockstar looking for redemption at a refugee camp. It's told from four perspectives giving the reader a wider chance to feel the pain and frustration of the situation. It's a slim novel for such a big subject and as such perhaps misses an opportunity for the reader to better connect with the characters. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.
