I wasn't a big fan of this book. The journalling opportunities were limited. My biggest gripe was with the title: 'manifestation journal for men & woman' - so, everyone then? Why even point out that it's for men and women, why not just call it 'daily manifestation journal'?
Reading this on a Kindle, I probably did not get to enjoy the full benefit I would have done had I had a hard copy, The formatting was poor, so I couldn't get a real feel for it. I get that it was an ARC, but to get a proper, honest review from readers, the formatting needs to be considered too. I personally didn't feel I gained anything different from this book compared to others on the market.
A great daily journal, especially if you are into manifestation. It is made so that you can use it easily and clearly. It is also fun to do it and see how it all manifested later on.
WOW, first off I just love her Vision Board, especially with the magnet.
Leslie created this Manifestation Journal with so positively and with such nice art that one would love to have it. Her positive affirmations are well-written and I love the topics for your use in developing your own ideas for manifesting.
This is a great book to help anyone getting started with LOA and manifesting. I liked the layout and the journalling activities. Overall a useful tool.
A fun and easy way to write about your manifestations. Along with tips and guidance to help you get started. I enjoyed this journal very much. And I am giving m honest opinion via NetGalley.
I absolutely love prompted journals, so this was a great one for me. For the most part, the questions were original and unique and definitely helped me to learn more about myself and meditation in general. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get more in touch with themselves.
A very straightforward guide and set of prompts. Clea enough for those new to the LOA but also valuable to those with more experience who are looking to sharpen up their practice. Very useful, highly recommend to give your parctice some motivation and structure.
This is a simple, easy, and fun journal. If you are new to manifestation and need structure around your daily writings, this is a good place for you to start.
Daily manifestation journal talks about the Law of Attraction and similar theories along with journaling prompts for you to dig deeper. Ask yourself questions and sort through where you stand and where you want to see yourself.
The laws and other techniques are the same which you would have read everywhere, so the journalling prompts are essentially what you would be gaining from this book.
This book started out strong and although I support the message, I have been spoiled by many books with the same concept, that have been done better.
TL;DR: The book is 200 pages in length, but really, it only has 50 or so. There are only 5 pen to paper journaling exercises. Pages are endlessly repeated.
What I liked:
*Layout, font, paragraphing, visuals. Simple and easy to follow.
*The exercises and affirmations.
*The overall energy and message.
Things I didn't:
*The biggest downfall is that there is very little journaling in this journal. There are only 5(!) journaling exercises and most of the pages are just repeated. The very last one-page exercise is repeated again and again for almost 80 pages!! I wish I was kidding. And another is repeated for 30. That accounts for more than half the book.
*This book needs pops of colour, stat! Parts could be used for colouring in, but I would still appreciate some colour to brighten it up. This is a positivity journal, it needs colour!
*The journal pages all need to be lined. Task 1 was lined, then task 2 wasn't, then they were lined again. Some also need more room for writing (task 2), whereas others have WAY too much.
*Needs editing - lots of typos.
It's a decent book on law of attraction if you want to use it as a supplement to your own journaling. I wouldn't call it the end all and be all, but it is not bad. I was glad to be able to review the ARC, although it was a bit of a mess. It may work great as a print book, but I do think it offers a lot of great tips and tricks for journaling your manifestations.
Thanks NetGalley and the publishers for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.
This is a great journal for those looking to get into manifestation and law of attraction.
I was lucky to be able to read Daily Manifestation Journal from NetGalley for an honest review.
I've always been into manifesting and the Law of Attraction, so this journal hit home. Not only does it teach what manifestation is and how we use our emotions, but it has so numerous exercises and journal topics to guide you in the process.
This is a very activity-oriented book, so get ready to dive deep into your emotions and your desires of what you want. The format was user-friendly and was easy to follow along for each day. I also appreciated all of the affirmations included and the gratitude entry lists.
If you want to connect to yourself on a more spiritual level, this book is for you. I'll definitely be using this journal and sharing it with others!
I think I could have really liked this book but I wish publishers would format books they sent out for review properly so you can actually properly read and in this case use them. The formatting was bad, often things are referred to that are not there (E.g. right at the beginning there is talk about three questions and the questions are nowhere). A real shame.
Great little journal to help you along your path to self-love! I myself have been working on that lately and this is filled with journaling prompts that I will definitely be using in my journey.
A simple, clear guide to the laws of the universe , to finding your real self and knowing your own potentials.
I liked how the book is divided, the journals are very helpful, specially at the end of the book- the scripting part- as the questions make it easy for anyone to be specific about their needs and desires.
The universe is abundant in everything, even good books like this one.
I highly recommend it as a fast-paced book to enjoy to anyone who needs motivation in life.
