My daughter and I loved this cute little book, which has rhyming text and lovely, detailed graphics. The theme of the book is how love grows everywhere, and that it doesn't matter where you are, as love is everywhere you go. From friends, to families, to markets, to communities and to different places, love is always there, and it is always around all of us. Kindness and love are what helps us all stay united together, and they are always growing and spreading to where they are needed. This is a beautiful book, which we both really enjoyed!
Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
4☆ A Heart-warming Children's Picture Book.
What a Heart-warming and Precious Children's Picture Book.
Not only is the text all in rhyming verse which was cleverly plotted the illustrations are superb.
Love Grows Everywhere is a beautiful story that teaches children that Love and Kindness is everywhere.
It uses plants as a way to show children the beauty of love, growth, and kindness. A small act of kindness means everything, from a treasured song, a funny joke, to a hug, or to helping give to charity it will always brighten someone's day.
I think children aged 4-7years will really enjoy reading this book. The younger readers may need a little help with some of the wording but it would make a lovely story time read.
I enjoyed the beautifully different illustrations and the muted colour palette in this lovely children's book. It has a strong sense of community for a children's book, and I love it. Love indeed grows everywhere.
A genuinely sweet and beautiful book about all the ways that love can grow, and the beauty that happens when we open up and show it to those around us. The illustrations are simply gorgeous.
A lovely little rhyming story about love, diverse range of characters within the illustrations, a really lovely message for little ones. My little girl was enthralled by the detail in the illustrations and spent a lot of time telling me hat each of them were doing. I loved the messages of being brave and sharing the gift of love. Beautiful.
I thought that this was a charming book!
The illustrations were delightful and they really worked well with the book. It was a lovely book to read and I liked that it rhymed too.
My daughter is four and she really enjoyed this book and I am sure that she won’t be the only one. The book had the perfect focus and I love the focus on love and its forms.
It is 5 stars from me for this one – very highly recommended!
