Having participated in agile project management, I was interested in how the agile methodology could be used to manage change. Having read the book, I think it would be useful for small to medium scale changes but I would be wary of using it on significant structure/people organisational changes as an iterative process could potentially prolong the pain.

I think this is an important book because we know a lot about AGILE development but not a lot has been said of the change management.
A handy, informative and well written book that can be useful to anyone who work with AGILE projects.
Highly recommended.
