If you want to know about expanding your brand and how to market your products influencing shopper decisions is the book for you. It is full of helpful tips and showcases and highlights questions every business needs to ask themselves to be successful. Only wish it was in workbook form but all in all. A great read.

- revalidating your customer targets
- barriers for shoppers (real customer satisfaction or are they the questions you think you should ask?)

Influencing customers is the key question of all times because it leads directly to business profitability and brand awareness. The question on influence still remains because there is no direct path or formulae that will help to succeed any nudist any given time. The interesting aspect of this book is an overview of a big strategic picture with action elements. It may not be a 100% proven way for your business but will give you some different perspectives to build your own strategy.
