This is a solid book filled with real insight into improving your business.
There are several things that really stick with me after reading the book including:
* The idea of not being a content machine, but having around 25 core pieces of outstanding content that you build everything off of.
* The need to create processes to ensure that you can repeat what is working or improve what isn't working including hiring.
* The idea of sprints to drive business. 30 and 90-day sprints can keep you focused and moving forward.
If you are a young entrepreneur and need a structure or plan to start or grow your business, then this book is for you. This book is a guide and has outlined action plans bound with a strategy to drive you towards a success. The good thing about contents is structure and well-prepared information. If you are a mature business owner there is a chance to learn something new however mostly (in my view) the contents are for the beginners. Giving a good rating because the book is good overall. What I found weird is the advertising of certification for strategy sprints to become a consultant.
