I've enjoyed this series a lot and have been impressed by Georgia's writing. As I've said before, these are enjoyable and fun reads, but they also cover real life topics. I especially like how 'real' the female characters they are, they are flawed and independent. The books have the right balance between realism and escapism.
This is the fourth book in the 'Meet Me' series and is another fantastic addition to the series. I feel like I’ve been on the journey with each of the girls. What a lovely friendship group they are. I would say they can be read as standalone but if you have the opportunity to read them all then I would say read them in order to get a nice flow of the story.
I really loved reading about Lily and Henry in Meet me at the Wedding. Whilst Lily is planning her best friends wedding, you still get to really know both Lily and Henry. They were both so likeable and it was great to read the developments between them both.
A great romance read with the addition of friendship. It’s wonderful to read about a group of friends who are so close and share everything together. A lovely series to read.
I'd only read one of the previous stories of the girls, but I still felt like I knew them and I'll probably go back and read Malie and Zoe's stories. Lily's story is lovely, what a beautiful young woman. I was so hoping she'd be happy ever after. A lovely light read with great characters and plenty of occasions to smile. Even the misunderstandings seemed solvable. Lovely to meet the friends once again. #netgalley #meetmeatthewedding
The fourth and final book in the Meet Me series brings the ten year saga to a satisfying close. We see the friends we have grown to love come back together again as Lily makes plans for Victoria's hen and wedding parties. However, trouble brews when the owner of the estate, where the wedding is due to take place, dies suddenly and all events are cancelled. Lily is determined that it will go ahead and she comes head to head with Henry Hawkesbury for the first time in ten years since the incident that changed all their lives. Can she persuade him to change his mind? A story of love, laughter and forgiveness that will leave you smiling. #meetmeatthewedding #georgiatoffolo #millsandboon #meetmeseries #bookfour
A perfect story to finish the series. I have loved this collection of books, though one in the middle wasn’t my favourite, the others have bought me joy and warmth with the strong friendship and romantic relationships.
A refreshing read detailing the lives and lives of a close knit group of friends who grew up together and whose friendship was punctuated with lasting effect by a tragic car accident years before.part of a series though read well as a stand alone book.
What a beautiful conclusion to the 'Meet Me' series! I've thoroughly enjoyed going on this wonderful journey!
I enjoyed this final book in the series. I’ll admit I didn’t enjoy the previous one set in Tahiti (quite dull) but this one had a reasonable storyline and was quite entertaining. However I feel the first one set in London was the best of the bunch!
The final book in the quartet, Meet Me at the Wedding was a brilliant novel to end with.
We finally get to spend time with Lily in Hawke's Grove as she prepares for Victoria and Oliver's wedding, which we have been anticipating since the first book.
It was great to meet all the characters again, see how they had progressed and how the friendships were still as important as they always had been.
Lily's story highlighted the importance of family and touched on deeper issues such as drug use, alcoholism and mental health issues, much as all the other books had covered.
A beautiful conclusion to the series and an epilogue that rounded everything nicely.
#MeetMeAtTheWedding was the perfect end to this series! In fact it was the best instalment of the series. It felt like everything came full circle, and the last love story was full of romance.
Although the true story of the Lost Hours remains a mystery, every other loose end was tied up neatly. Obviously, this is escapist fiction, and as well as another beautiful location this time we get to enjoy V’s much awaited wedding too. Another perfect beach read, though also enjoyable from the comfort of home. The girls & their partners are very privileged, also a welcome escape to that kind of life if you like that vibe (which I do, it’s fantasy after all and surely expected when written by a personality who found fame by staring in Made in Chelsea).
I am looking forward to more by this author, and thank #NetGalley and the publisher for my free advance copy in return for an unbiased review.
The final instalment in the ‘Meet Me’ series is cantered around Lily’s attempts to arrange the perfect wedding for Victoria and Oliver. But when Mr Hawkesbury dies and his son Henry who hates everything about Hawke’s Cove the future of the wedding venue is at stake.
Another super easy and predictable read, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. Friendship and blossoming romance are always good sellers of a book in my opinion. I think the first book in the series was my favourite but this was a nice way to end it.
This is a great, holiday read; totally predictable but comforting in that. I’ve read a couple of the others in this series and just love the 4 female friends, who are each given their own story. The setting for this one, Hawke’s Cove, is so beautifully described, I almost wish I could visit. A great read.
I have read and enjoyed all of the 'Meet Me' series and this was a fabulous addition.
Perfect summer reading and has all the requirements for a fab romcom.
I loved revisiting all the characters and absolutely flew through the book in a couple of days,.
I would recommend reading the others first though just so you get the characters backgrounds etc.
What a way to finish the series!
Just when you thought the stories in this series couldn’t get any better, this one comes along.
I couldn’t put it down, yet made myself, so to keep the story alive as long as possible.
I don’t want to give anything away in my review but want to say read it! Read all the stories in this series but give this one your extra time, find a quiet corner and hide away as you will not want to be disturbed.
You are drawn into the characters life’s from book one and they don’t let you go, as you read the lasts words you will want to hold on to them, the characters feel so real.
Well written, great character development and appreciation for everything around them too.
Would definitely read other books from this author and would love to catch up with all these characters again one day!!
Another in the meet me series
The last one
Each book has been about one of the friends
A good light read
Thanks NetGalley
Toff’s books are incredible. I’m so sad this is series is over. It’s been amazing getting to know all of the friends individually and as a group.
I really hope there’ll be more from Toff soon
A lovely summer read. I wasn’t expecting this to be as good as it was and I’ve now bought others from this author as I thoroughly enjoyed the escapism. Well written, lovely characters and an easy read. Thank you netgalley
Meet me at the Wedding by Georgia Toffolo.
The perfect ending to the Meet Me In series.
Tragedy bonded four friends for life and love brings them back together.
It would be easy to think of Georgia Toffolo as another celebrity writing trying to get into the world of fiction, but the amount of work and research which would have been undertaken to write her debut series cannot be faked. There is a lot of depth to her characters and Lily is in my view the more complex of the four. Whilst the others left their childhood home to escape the trauma of the accident they were involved in, Lily remained, working at the Hawkesbury estate and planting her roots deep. The death of her friend and the estate owner, brings Henry Hawksbury and their painful past, back into her life.
Meet me at the wedding is the perfect weekend read.
My thanks to #Netgalley and #MillsAndBoon for allowing me to read and review this 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 read.

4.5 rounded up.
This was such a great final instalment in this wonderful series! I absolutely loved this story and how it tied up any lose ends from the previous books and brought the four friends together again. Lily was such a great character and I found her story really emotional. She was strong, funny and so great at her job. I really liked watching her and Henry build a connection and start to trust each other and fall for each other.
I loved seeing Henry rebuild his relationships with those in Hawke’s Cove and I thought this was so moving. He was brilliant too and I really loved him! He was so kind and caring towards Lily and their bond was so lovely to read about. I definitely recommend this one!
Thank you to Netgalley and Mills & Boon for this E-arc in exchange for an honest review.
Thank you to Net Galley for this advanced copy of the final book within this series. The final story follows all four girls and is a wonderful, beautiful and heart warming story. I hope Toff carries on writing!!
