Sipping thoughts: Great mystery with a great reveal. Secrets can be so deadly and this is no different. Once Ashleigh goes missing, so many secrets are revealed but that isn’t anything compared to when she is found.

Cheers and thank you to @BoldwoodBooks and @Netgalley for an advanced copy of @IWillFindYou.

The twist on this book is just excellent. Another one that has left me gobsmacked throughout it all. It's a very easy read, I say it's an easy read because it's almost impossible to put down. Brilliantly written and I highly recommend it! It was relatable in a way for myself as I have 2 sisters, all of us very different aswell.

Sorry. I had to pass and give this a low rating. That was just unpleasant.

Thanks to Netgalley! Hoping for a better read next time!

An enjoyable read with plenty of twists. I enjoy thrillers with a complex story and this book hit a those points. A story about 3 sisters and their lives when one of them goes missing. The story intensifies as secrets emerge about the sisters. Recommend to read this one. I'll certainly look out for more by these authors.

I Will Find You had me from the description of the book about sisters.
Three sisters (one half) and their story from their own points of views, a murder thrown in and all the complications of their relationships and lives.

Great read and kept me turning the pages to find out who had done it.

What a suspense filled, fast paced and thrilling book this is. The plotline is intriguing. There's plenty of twists to keep you guessing. All the sister's have secrets. I was engrossed in what was occurring in their lives. I loved the authors writing style. I was guessing all the way through. I never saw the ending coming. Loved it.

I read the synopsis for ‘I Will Find You’ and I was immediately intrigued. The story sounded like the sort of dark and twisty read that I enjoy. Well it was certainly all that and so much more because I really enjoyed reading ‘I Will Find You’ but more about that in a bit.
I have to admit that it took me a little while to get into ‘I Will Find You’ but that has more to do with the fact that I was tired and finding it hard to concentrate when I started reading the book than anything else and cannot be taken as a criticism of the author or story. Once I got into the story I found it increasingly difficult to put the book to one side for any length of time. I found the dynamics of sibling relationships and rivalry to be most interesting and intriguing I got the distinct impression that each sister was keeping something hidden. I had my own suspicions as to what was going to happen so I had to keep reading to see if I was on the right track or if I had wandered down the wrong path entirely. The further I got into the story the quicker the pages seemed to turn. All too quickly I reached the end and I had to say goodbye to the three sisters. I found ‘I Will Find You’ to be a gripping and at times tense read, which kept me guessing and which kept me on the edge of my seat throughout.
‘I Will Find You’ is well written. I love the way in which the author grabs the reader’s attention and entices them into what proves to be one heck of a story. For me, the story was more of a slow burn type of story. The story started slowly but the story gathers momentum as the tension levels increase. At times, reading the story felt like being on a rollercoaster ride with several twists and turns along the way. I love the way in which the author makes the reader feel as though they are part of the story and at the heart of the action.
In short, I did enjoy reading ‘I Will Find You’ and I would recommend it to other readers. I will certainly be reading more of Amanda’s work in the future. The score on the Ginger Book Geek board is a very well deserved 4* out of 5*.

This book was well written and very descriptive. Unfortunately for me it was not a book that caught my attention and I could not immerse myself in the pages.

Interesting and well written I just personally couldn’t get into the story. Definitely creepy. Just a little slow and unbelievable at some points. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

TRIGGER WARNING: child abuse, alcoholism, self harm
Three sisters, divided. Ashleigh is an artist, haunted by her past. Jessica has a seemingly perfect life but is secretly leading a double life. Grace is recreating the past, pregnant by a man who can't or won't commit. Then a man is found dead and Ashleigh becomes the prime suspect...
I Will Find You is a psychological thriller and family drama set in the UK.
Ashleigh is a tragic figure. Sexually abused by their father, responsible for his death, surviving on drink and drugs to block out the emotional trauma. Her best friend dies and she goes on the run to save herself from suspicion. But secrets from the past threaten to be revealed and Ashleigh needs to confront her fears and find the truth.
I felt quite strongly about the characters. Ashleigh is first seen through Jessica's eyes and we see the trail of trouble she leaves behind her. But then as we learn of her past and see her perspective, I softened and sympathised with her so that I ended up willing her to succeed in proving her innocence. Jessica and her husband frustrated me with their lack of compassion, taking things at face value and only thinking about how it impacts on them. Grace is the outsider, rejected by their father and now her sisters, looking for love and acceptance.
There are two interweaving strands of narrative: the sisters' relationships and the murder of Ashleigh's best friend. The book deals with some pretty big and unpleasant issues but I felt they were handled sensitively. The pace is quite fast yet doesn't feel rushed. There are plenty of twists and turns in this book and I enjoyed trying to anticipate how things would develop.
I Will Find You is an enjoyable psychological thriller with emotive content.

4 Stars

From the synopsis: Three sisters…One terrible secret

Ashleigh: A creative, free spirit and loyal. But Ash is tormented by her demons and a past that refuses to be laid to rest.

Jessica: Perfect wife and loving mother. But although Jessica might seem to have it all, she lives a secret life built on lies.

Grace: An outsider, always looking in, Grace has never known the love of her sisters and her resentment can make her do bad things.

When Ashleigh goes missing, Jessica and Grace do all they can to find their eldest sister. But the longer Ashleigh is missing, the more secrets and lies these women are hiding threaten to tear this family apart.

Can they find Ashleigh before it’s too late or is it sometimes safer to stay hidden?

I'm not mad about all of these great thrillers that keep showing up in my dashboard! I will preface with the fact that this book touches on many sensitive subjects, read at your own discretion. The story spans multiple timelines and is told from multiple POV's. Overall it is easy to follow, the ending was strong, and the story reads well.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Boldwood Books for for the digital ARC!

Can they find Ashleigh before it's too late or is it sometimes safer to stay hidden?”This was a VERY fast-paced and thrilling read! I really enjoyed the twists and turns as the plot developed. TW: self-harm, child abuse, cheating and addiction. I was able to absorb this one quickly, and it did have some surprises along the way sans spoilers. I always love a book that I don’t see the twist coming or cannot figure out the mystery. The ending had me in shock! All three sisters somehow end up in an entangled web despite estrangement. I rate I Will Find You ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫/5 stars! It is available to purchase via Amazon!
“Amanda Rigby is the nom de plume of the writing partnership between Amanda Ashby and Sally Rigby. Both authors live in New Zealand, have been friends for eighteen years, and agree about everything (except musicals). They decided to collaborate on a psychological thriller which they then
entered into a competition, run by Boldwood, which they won!”

Unfortunately I was not able to keep my interest in this book. At the beginning it seemed interesting but I was not able to connect with the author's narration style, my apologies. Thank you NetGalley, publisher and author, for allowing me to read a free copy of this book in exchange for my review.

The lives of three sisters are entwined in this novel; two having grown up in the same household while the other always longed for the life of her sisters in what she assumed was greener pastures.

Ashleigh’s kept her secrets buried and has battled lifelong demons as a result. Jessica has the perfect life complete with a husband, daughters, and money, but she has secrets too. Grace always felt like she was cheated out of the life that her sisters had, since she was on the outside looking in.

Each sister has secrets that eventually come to light, and nothing is as it initially seems. There are twists around multiple corners and an ending that most won’t see coming.

I enjoyed reading this novel and the twists and turns that it took every time I turned the page.

Thanks to #NetGalley and #Boldwood Books for allowing me to read this novel. #NetGalley #IWillFindYou

I've been looking forward to reading a book by these two ladies since I interviewed them some time ago, after the release of Remember Me.
When the chance of reading this for the blog tour came up, I jumped at the chance.
I wasn't disappointed. This story follows at its heart, two sisters. Jessica and Ashleigh.
Jessica us the younger sister, a successful lawyer, married to a rich, successful husband, with young twin girls.
Ashleigh is an artist, an unreliable drunk. She bounces from pub to pub, bedsit to bedsit.
As the story progresses you quickly learn that all is not what it seemed.
When Liam, Ashleighs best friend, is found murdered, Ashleigh runs away, scared of her biggest secret being revealed.
Then there is Grace, their half sister, the product of an affair. Does she have a vested interest in Ashleighs downfall.
Despite her reputation and her chaotic lifestyle, I like Ashleigh from the beginning, you quickly learn her intentions were always pure.
I quite liked Jessica, she was trying to do her best in her posh husbands view, and was devoted to her twin girls. If anything I thought Henry was a bit of a knob hiding something. She also had her own demons and was also leading a double life.
There were some very clever links and clues laid along the way, and the ending was shocking and I didn't see it coming.

Cancel all your plans because Amanda Rigby is back with a jaw-dropping thriller that will keep you reading until the early hours of the morning: I Will Find You.

Ashleigh, Jessica and Grace might be sisters, but they are as different as chalk and cheese. Ashleigh is a laid-back and creative free spirit, however, she is weighed down by her own demons and tormented by a past she can never escape. Her sister Jessica, on the other hand, is her polar opposite. She is the perfect wife and mother who would do absolutely anything for her family. But is her life as idyllic as it seems from the outside? Grace has always felt like an outsider in her family. Constantly shut out by her sisters, she resents Ashleigh and Jessica and her anger towards them makes her do some very bad things…

When Ashleigh goes missing, Jessica and Grace are beside themselves. They must find her and bring her back home – because the longer she stays missing, the bigger the risk that devastating secrets and dangerous lies will come out into the light and tear their whole family apart. Can they find Ashleigh before it’s too late? Or is Ashleigh safer away from her family?

You are meant to be safe with your family, but what if your nearest and dearest pose the biggest threat of all?

In I Will Find You, Amanda Rigby grabs your attention from page one and keeps you on tenterhooks throughout as she explores toxic family relationships, destructive jealousy and simmering resentments in a fast-paced and superbly plotted thriller.

Shocking, twisted and chilling, Amanda Rigby turns the tension and terror up to eleven in her latest psychological crime thriller, I Will Find You.
