I thought I was interested in the topic of this one, but once I got started reading I realized it wasn't quite for me. The information was about the housing market during the recession in 2008 and the obstacles they faced as investors in the family residential property market, that being said, some of the ideas and concepts explored could be applied to any challenging experience. Anyone interested in the real estate market would probably really enjoy this book. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for giving me the chance to read and review it.
