Great tips presented in a very nice format. I recommend skimming it before requesting your first ARCs as this will provide great direction.

I love this toolkit! I wish I'd had it when I first started with NetGalley and didn't have a clue as to what I was doing. I initially messed up with what I should or shouldn't have in my profile. As in COMPLETELY messed up!
I very much appreciated the part about "making a sandwich" when struggling with reviewer's block - but I think the best thing I got out of reading the toolkit was finding out about the BookTwitter community. I hope this will enable me to expand my platforms and also to connect with more NetGalley readers.
Lastly, I can only hope that the reviewers who copy and paste the publisher's entire description of a book read the part that states "Use 1-2 sentences to give readers a brief overview" (of the plot). Ha!

This is a brief helpful guide packed with ideas for writing various types of reviews. I love the visual nature that makes it more readable and engaging than many guides of this type.

Thais guide was so helpful in getting started with NetGalley. It takes you through the basics of setting up your NetGalley account and prepares you to go off into all the corners of the Internet to talk about books. What could be better than that? I used this guide to optimize my first bookstagram post and I am very happy with the level of engagement I got!

Greatly appreciated and welcomed - plenty of tips and tricks and advice. Appreciate the hints for accessibility when reviewing.

Lovely and to the point advice! I like that they talk about accessibility for the readers audience; but a nice note when stressing consistency is to understand that disabled reviewers don’t have that luxury.

Tips and Tricks to make your reviews better. It was timely and provides good information for anyone who is new to Netgalley. Informative for anyone who wants to improve there netgalley reviews.

I've reviewed book on NetGalley for years now and learned so much from the well-presented, detailed guide on how to thrive and develop here. I wish I'd had this guide when I was first starting out, but am thrilled to have it now to further hone and deepen my reviews and participation in this amazing place. I received a copy of this book for free and these opinions are my own, unbiased thoughts.

This was insanely helpful for my profile on netgalley! I would recommend this for anyone who needs assistance

Short and succinct but packed with information. The toolkit is an excellent guide for new and veteran book reviewers alike. Gleaned some tips that I would be implementing going forward.

Brief, but excellent, guidebook for setting up your NetGalley account, requesting books, writing reviews, and social networking. I wish I’d read the book years ago, when I first got started on NetGalley. The advice to avoid requesting sprees is something I really need to try to follow. A must-read for anyone wanting to maximize their book reviewing experience. #BookAdvocateToolkit #NetGalley

Thank you to Netgalley for providing me with a digital copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
This was a short book about how to improve your book reviews and how to get more arcs approved. It had good tips and was everything I hoped for. Definitely helpful if you want to improve your profile.

This was really helpful and I learned a couple new tips about using Netgalley and social media engagement that I'm going to use in the future.

Wow. I wish I had this when I first got a netgalley account. I really appreciated all the tips and tricks. I was surprised and excited to see that they included an entire page about accessibility. Too often book reviews neglect inclusivity for disabled people.

This is NetGalley's best kept secret! It provided way more information than I was expecting. It was easy to read, well laid out, and I could easily get the information I was looking for. Even though I've been on NetGalley for a few years now, I have struggled with managing the reviews I want to write and getting the books read on time. My favorite page was the "Blog Review Formats" because it highlighted the different types of reviews you can write. Overall this ebook showed me that I can be a book advocate in different ways, and that doesn't have to look like a five paragraph review for every book. I'm feeling glad to realize that I've been overthinking things a bit, and to have learned ways that I can take other parts of being a book advocate more seriously. I also loved the introduction to the different platforms and the ideas for great graphics!

Very helpful hints and tips simplified enough to understand especially for readers/reviewers who are new to Netgalley.

Great resource for someone (like me) who is just starting out in the bookstagram world and wants to learn how to not only gain access to more books, and reach more people, but also how to connect with your audience. This is VERY succinct, but has some great tips that people who have been doing this a while may no longer think about.

Thank you to We Are Bookish for putting together this comprehensive guide to book reviewing! I have been running bookstagram social media pages for just over a year now and am still trying to figure out how to optimize these platforms. This guide was extremely helpful with it's bitesized tips and tricks for book reviewing/creating bookish content across all popular platforms. I found it to be especially encouraging as it seemed to stressed that while it is important to treat book reviewing via Net Galley seriously, it is also meant to be fun!

I was so glad to get this guide. It is just the perfect length and is presented well. The visual aspect makes it very readable and easy to comprehend. . As a long time NetGalley reviewer, I am always happy to get new tips and tricks about what I am doing. I am so grateful to be a part of Net Galley, so thank you for this important resource.

Great tips on all aspects of the NetGalley. Wondering how to write a good review or where to post it? This Toolkit has the answers. Helpful for newbies and more experienced NetGalley user alike.
