This is a cute little book about a lonely young girl who is feeling unheard and unseen at home and in school. She has to try to let others know how she feels, so that they can help her, and she does this in her own unique way which gets her the results she wants. The illustrations in the book are lovely, and the writing is easy to read and enjoyable.

Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.

Invisible me is an absolute heartmelter of a book! The illustrations are amazing and bring this story to life. Children can often feel not good enough or special enough at times in their lives, just as we as adults can. This book sends a beautiful message to the child about accepting yourself for who you are, believing in yourself and that communication is key.
This book is such a special read and I recommend it to all children. May they find hope, acceptance and comfort from such a beautiful book.

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. A little girl feels invisible to everyone and finds a way to stand out.

In this story, a girl feels invisible at school. She writes "Invisible Me" on her shirt and realizes people do see her. This had a great message, but I'm not sure about the execution. The cadence felt odd and I felt as though her discovery that people see her should have come from a different place. However, the positive affirmations are really great. I do recommend this to any kid who struggles with making friends at school.

Thank you to NetGalley for this late-requested ARC in exchange for an honest review.

A story about a girl who feels alone and invisible, she just wants people to notice her. The pages are bright and the text easy to read. A new shirt helps her to be noticed. Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this book.

The illustrations are absolutely beautiful and I think a lot of kids can relate to the way that the main character feels in the book. However, I don’t love the message that what she seeks and what fixes things and makes her feel better is outside validation from others.

I appreciate the message in this book but I believe the telling of it was confusing to understand, and would not be clear to a child as a reader. I think the message about appreciating yourself regardless of others opinions would be possible to convey without some of the negativity and confusing analogies.

Wonderful illustrations, topic: positive affirmations ---

The story is written in rhyme and accompanied by beautiful graphics. Amazing! ---

There is this girl who struggles with the feeling of being invisible on that particular day. She feels unnoticed: neither at school nor at home. That is why she decides to make sure she is seen- in a very creative way. This book shows how the girl believes in herself, how she accepts herself, and how brave she is to show her feelings.

I really liked the sentiment behind this book, but thought the ending felt rushed, and the story could have benefited from a longer page count. However, the illustrations are very pretty and engaging, and I think it is ultimately a story that kids will enjoy reading.

Thank you so much NetGalley for a copy of 'Invisible Me' in exchange of my honest opinion.

Sometimes being seen and feeling like belonging can be quite challenging.

A lot of people modify the way the act, the way the talk and the way they are just to fit in.

In 'Invisible Me' we see an example of a young girl that goes unnoticed at school and how that makes her feel.

However sad this can sound, she chooses to be true to herself and show everyone how interesting as a person she really is.

A very inspiring read!

Invisible Me follows a young girl who feels she isn't being seen, so she makes a shirt that says "Invisible Me" which gets her noticed.

The illustrations in this book are beyond beautiful! This was the best part of the book. The story was okay and a little helpful, but I feel like the ending wasn't very strong. I'm not sure what's going on with the font in this book, but it looks like several different fonts on different pages. I don't know whether or not that was intentional, but I think some readers might have a lot of difficulty reading this. I think this is an easy fix. The formatter could have used one style of font throughout. That would make this so much easier to read.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for this book.

This book tells the story of a child who feels invisible and what she does to change that. While the child is likely cared for and treated well most days, this could be a really important message for children who are neglected or discriminated against. Whether it happens often or just once in a while, it is really hard for young children to feel not seen, and one of the first steps is to help show them that they are welcome in our classrooms or communities through diverse stories like this one. As a grade 3 teacher I think this is a fantastic book that needs to be in my classroom library and in other classrooms and homes all over! The rhythmic rhyming nature of the writing evokes calm even while sharing a really scary topic for young children - being forgotten or unloved. I so appreciate Netgalley and the publisher for giving me the opportunity to read and review and advance copy of this book! I can’t wait to go out and purchase a copy once it is published!

What a great book! It is told in rhyming verse and contains bright, cute illustrations. The story highlights the importance of being your own saviour, keeping faith and loving yourself when others aren't there for you intentionally or unintentionally. In Invisible Me, a young girl loses heart when she doesn't get proper attention and goes unnoticed by her mother and fellow students. She feels unseen and decides to do something different that will allow her to stand out in a crowd. The plot conveys precious messages and tells us to stay true to our characters even if others fail to notice our uniqueness and charm. The only downside was the illustrations didn't really touch my heart. But I believe that young readers will highly appreciate the theme and the pictures. Thanks to Netgalley, the author and the publishers for providing me an e-copy of this book.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC. All opinions expressed are all my own. This books follows a young girl as she navigates her feeling of being ignored by everyone around her. She tries to boost herself throughout the day and finally comes up with a plan to see if she actually is invisible to everyone.

This book is perfect for littles who may be a bit sensitive or sometimes have difficulty expressing their emotions of feeling alone and ignored, The rhyming in the story makes tackling a heavier topic like this easier to understand for younger children. I love that the girl worked out the problem on her own, The illustrations in this book are beautiful..

Invisible Me has a great message and bright, bold illustrations. Children will appreciate the rhyming text. I love that the main character solves her problem independently in such a creative way. This would be a great book to start a discussion about what kids can do to take action if they are feeling unheard. The rhyming text is a bit singsong for my taste but kids will enjoy it.

This is a great book to use with children who need to boost their self confidence and mental well being. We all feel invisible at times but reading this book together will create plenty of opportunities for discussions on getting through days like that.
