This book is well written and the practice tests are challenging. My son will be taking the SAT soon and he really liked the way this book explained things.

This is a great book with a lot of practice tests for the SAT, answers, and explanations. It is one of many in the genre but it's a good addition.

This is a great reference for students. I took some of the tests just to see how I'd do. It's been a long time since I took the SATs and things have changed! But this would answer a lot of questions for students who are about to take the test. I remember anxiety and many people giving me conflicting advice. Having this resource would have been beneficial.

This isn't a fun read, and I found it sort of frightening. I would have trouble with these tests and I'm in graduate school. If this is a sample of what people getting the GED can expect, these practice tests are going to be a huge help and an absolute necessity to be prepared. I would consider this an absolute necessity for any library that's trying to help patrons with a GED in their future.

I mistakenly thought this was for the KS2 SATS - it's not - it's for American college exams.
The pages I did look at seem comprehensive and well written.

As all our students now take the SAT as a pathway to graduation, we have drastically had to increase our SAT prep in the classroom. It is wonderful to have an extra resource that not only provides sample problems but also gives explanations so kids can see where they went wrong and how the test takers think. Plus, these problems aren't already on Quizlet, so they can't just google the answers.

A well thought-out and useful book. Especially helpful that it explains the "incorrect" answers as well as what the most fitting answer is - allows you to self-direct your learning and really understand how to think about the problem.

Any book that can be used to prep students for the SAT is a necessary book for any American high school library and classroom. Students need all the advice and practice they can get, and this book makes a great addition to their prep resources.
