First, this is not my type of book. I'm interested in reducing my stress, but practically, this is not something that I will sit down and do. Some people may be able to make themselves do this, but I am not one of them.

I saw this peaceful cover and thought why not?

This is a beautifully laid out interactive workbook with a lot of prompts, journaling ideas, and I found myself thinking of it during periods of anxiety and really found many of the exercises to be really helpful.

If workbooks appeal, this is a worthwhile resource for those with anxiety.

This book is absolutely beautiful.
It has a lot of great prompts and journal ideas to help with with focus. I'm not sure if it will help me with my anxiety, as sometimes putting too much focus on it just makes things worse for me.
However, I do think this will be useful and helpful to a lot of people.
It's a great idea, and think lots will benefit from using this.

This is just the kind of book I need right now. The work book is really helpful. If.you struggle with anxiety, this book is definitely one that you need to pick up and read!

This workbook is everything I needed. For someone who has anxiety and struggles with it every waking moment, this book has some things which prove to be really helpful. Like right now. The exercises provided gave me so much calm and successfully diverted mind towards them. Also, the appearance of the book gave me calming vibes and the contents surprised me more with all the carefully planned illustrations alongside the exercises.

A very much needed book.
