This book is excellent at giving you tips on how to avoid a carjacking in the first place.
It also offers tips on how you get your car back after it's been stolen.

What's surprising is that it provides only a few tips on what you should do during a carjacking.
I thought that might be the meat of the book, but it's not.

Speaking about meat, this book has little: it is only 36 pages.

That's fine, but it's currently being sold for $6 as an ebook and $13 as a paperback, which is expensive for what you get.

On the other hand, if his advice saves you from getting carjacked, then the $13 is a great insurance policy.

I learned that 60% of stolen vehicles are recovered.

Lastly, it lists gadgets at the end of the book that can help you.

Written by a rehabilitated car thief, Charles Talley. This was worth the quick read for the tips on keeping yourself and loved one safer from being carjacked. Good advice in today’s higher crime, and a reminder to stay aware. There are also a few tips on getting your car back if you do lose it. A helpful book. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
