Solid, clearly written guidance on project management for the non-specialist or novice. I found this very helpful already, and have begun incorporating some of the advice.

I think this book is great for any generation. We live in a time were we all have to manage multiple projects in the world. Harrin gives a step by step guide on how to do so. I feel this book is now a staple in my work life and personal life not just from a project manager stand point but on how to learn and do more in life. Best chapter in my opinion was on understanding your workload so you can success on your projects.
