Rebel Girls never fail to inspire and provoke discussion and this latest book "Quizzes for Rebel Girls" is no different. However, it goes beyond other Rebel Girl Publications and provided a brilliant interactive experience for the Rebel Girl in your life. It's a really fun and original way to reflect on yourself as a person whilst learning about the inspirational women that came before you. It really emphasises what you have in common with past Rebel Girls to inspire you.
The quizzes within the book cover a variety of themes and interests and so there really is something for everyone in this book. My rebel girl preferred the flow chart quizzes best as there was no need to track your answers as you go along. Other quizzes require you to score your answers or keep track of which option you picked the most frequently (eg mostly A., B or C etc) and on those quizzes it would have been useful to have a section where you can record you answers as you go along.
That aside, I thought the book was brilliant. It's perfect for picking up when you have a spare five minutes and doing a quiz at a time but would also work equally work well for a long car journey. The Rebel girl can pick it up and explore on her own but it would be easy to do as a family too and provoke discussion.
It's bound to be a firm favourite.

My daughters (8 & 10) absolutely love a personality quiz and we love reading the rebel girls books together which makes this book of quizzes for rebel girls the perfect gift for them.

The rebel girls books help young girls to see the greatness in others and the quiz book takes it one step further as it supports our girls to see the greatness in themselves.

It helps them to ask questions about who they are, what they love and what changes they wish to see in their world.

It helps them to draw connections with these amazing women who have already used their gifts and experiences to make changes in the world so that they can realise that they too can make changes.

The fun, playful and colourful design along with the variety of questions makes the quizzes so much fun to complete keeping them entertained for hours. Watching my daughters compare answers and discuss what makes themselves and each other great was heartwarming.

A fun book of personality quizzes that will kelp kids identify with famous figures and learn interesting facts about them.

I absolutely adored this quiz book. I loved taking quizzes in magazines when I was in middle school.. However, with Rebel Girls instead of finding out I’m a summer, I find out that I’m Ada Lovelace! This book is the perfect replacement for teen magazine quizzes that focus on your appearance. These quizzes are just as fun, and they teach you about extraordinary women. I can’t wait to buy a copy for my students!

A wonderful addition to the Rebel Girls series! This fun book features inspirational and thought-provoking quizzes on a variety of topics. I love how it's lighthearted but may cause the reader to think deeply about who they are and what inspires them. This book is also beautifully illustrated. Children will enjoy this book!

This was such a fun book to go through with my nine year old daughter.

Quizzes from what kind of STEM you like most to if you’re a morning person. All answers comparing you to a kickass women in history, or Rebel Girl. Great pairing with something fun while teaching you about historical women.

This takes me right back to filling out Seventeen Magazine quizzes! Young people will love completing these quizzes, which range from silly to serious. This book makes the perfect present for any young reader. Many thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.

I loved this! This was so nostalgic for me, from all of the times I would go through magazine quizzes with my friends as a kid! I loved that this was all about women's empowerment, STEM, advocacy, and just the message to all the girls who will get to use this book that their ideas and opinions matter!

A cute book full of fun quizzes! I felt like I was a preteen reading magazines again. I loved the expanse of different quizzes on different topics. I also enjoyed the references and information about the role models they chose! I think this book of quizzes is perfect for girls wanting to know more about themselves and insperational people!

"Quizzes for Rebel Girls" is so much fun! It brings me back to my preteen years doing quizzes in teen magazines. Every month I would get several magazines and do the quizzes on the weekends. This book is even better than that because these quizzes are inspired by strong women and can offer inspiration to our future generations. This book offers beautiful illustrations on every page of women who are changing the world. I highly recommend this book.

I am sure this will get just as much time focussed on it as any of the other six thousand Rebel Girls books, but I don't think this will be reused or prove as educational and inspiring as the others. I needed a look at this as I've kind of drifted away from the franchise and hoped for something different – this was, but was not a step exactly in the right direction. Through countless instances of those kind of "what xx are you" questionnaires you might find in cheap journalism and magazines for females (I know, ouch the sexism, but it's true) the reader is allowed to allegedly learn more about themselves. They might have learnt about no end of Rebel Girls as well, but all the mentions of them were far too brief. "This might happen, like it did to xx who did yy and zz – what is your response?" is one way of getting an RG shoe-horned into a question, and that sentence is all there is to learn from unless we go off and do some research; while the answers may be along the lines of "You scored mostly Cs? You're so-and-so and this-and-that, much like [insert Somebody Famous here]".

As I say, this is a very different approach from the standard books in the series, and while all kinds of learning may well be equally valid, the learning chances here felt bitty and slim. Yes it will occupy minds for a long time, as there is a lot here, and much scope for sharing with friends, but nothing about this felt necessary.

This was a fun book. I’ve always loved taking fun quizzes in magazines and online. This would be a fun book to have at a sleepover.

Finally! Quizzes aimed at young girls that will get them thinking of all they are capable! Gone are the days when I would spend hours taking quizzes in magazines that only focused on what kind of first date is my favorite or does that boy in fact like me. I wish this book of quizzes was available for me.

I love The Rebel Girls collection. This edition is full of colorful illustrations and tidbits about strong girls and women in addition to lots of questions to get them thinking. From “what kind of changemaker are you?” to “which pet should you get?” I cannot wait for this to publish so I can add it to my daughters’ collection.

A colourful, eye-catching book of personality quizzes for young people (doesn't have to be only girls!), similar to what one might find in popular magazines. Questions range from "What's your STEM style?" to "What kind of queen would you be?" Through the questions and answers, kids can pick up interesting tidbits of information about various female figures in many walks of life, although their is no focused biography provided for each. This is a fun activity book with good entertainment value, nice for killing time on long car trips, waiting at doctor appointments, etc. but the quiz "results" should not be taken too seriously. Kids are too young to be sorting themselves into boxes based on their interests, and they should know that they don't have to conform to any specific type of personality as this book might erroneously suggest!

Really fun book for young girls. Bright and bubbly with great illustrations and colours that pop. A blast for young readers to share with their friends.

For those who enjoy the Rebel Girl series, this is a great book of quizzes! each quiz incorporates girls and women from the series and it promotes that girls can do anything!

These quizzes would be so much fun for an elementary or middle schooler. I loved to do quizzes when I was that age. The quizzes help kids unlock their inner potential with engaging questions and graphics. I always love everything the rebel girls put out and represent!

This was actually really fun!! I throughly enjoyed this. I’m always on the look out for books I feel like will be loved and enjoyed by children and honestly this was nothing short of entertaining and imaginative. 5/5 stars!!
