Let's Wildflower the World by Josie Jeffrey is made to inspire and it does. It lists wildflowers and it's applications and how to embark without intimidation.

Gorgeous photos and valuable information. Beautiful book.

I would like to thank NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this book.

As a long-time seed collector and seed bomber, this is a wonderful book to learn about the benefits of wild flowers as pollinator feeders and finding them flourishing in unexpected places. Some plants systematically removed by some gardeners, such as dandelions, etc., can be such a benefit to our planet. Extraordinary book and highly recommended.

One of my spring goals has been to learn more about Wildflowers. Let's Wildflower the World is a great guide for beginning gardeners and also seasoned ones. I love the science behind pollinating being broken down and all the tips on saving seeds and the process of seeds for different flowers. Love the beautiful photographs too!

This is such a great book! It's packed with information on how to make seed bombs, what wildflowers are good to grow in wild and unloved places, in depth information on how to sow them, and tons more. There are gorgeous photos throughout. It's a little trickier for those of us in the US who grow by zones but the information can be used anywhere. I try to rarely buy new books because we have so many and I have no more room for bookcases, but this is one I might buy for our home library.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.

Loved it. Really good mixture of practical advice, information and plant profiles. Even if you just want to save some of your favourite plant seeds, it’s worth getting, as it tells you how to dry the seeds, store them and then plant them out. As there are many different types of seeds, it’s hard to be an expert on all of them, and this will save a lot of disappointment as well as money.

What a wonderful book about seeds for a gardener or non-gardener! Beautifully illustrated — and one of its purposes is to have the real world “illustrated” with the color of wildflowers in unexpected places. For those people truly “in the weeds” of gardening, it explains the differences of heritage, hybrid and genetically modified seeds, how to source and then save seeds, and what it means to be a seed activist and swapper. Carefully researched — it includes resources for both UK and USA gardeners.

A primary part of the book is about the concept of seedbombing — probably a new idea to even most gardeners. It’s fascinating and motivating. The photographs of wildflowers are amazing — this will be a practical manual and a beautiful coffee table book as well. Loved the inclusion of this Italian proverb: “All the flowers of tomorrow are the seeds of yesterday.” 5 stars!

Thank you to Quarto Publishing/Leaping Hare Press and NetGalley for an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review!
