I’m impressed with this book. I’ve been a fan of strength training and cardio for a long time and enjoyed HIIT so found plenty to interest me in this guide. It would also suit newcomers to HIIT because it’s a very comprehensive book with a lot of information and useful diagrams of the human anatomy. I’d highly recommend it for anyone with an interest in strength training, cardio and fat loss. My thanks to NetGalley and DK for providing a digital copy for me to review.
