Lots of useful information on using your breath and being mindful in advance of public speaking. I haven't tried the techniques yet but will definitely be giving them a go next time I have to speak to a large group of people.

There is a lot of good, basic information here pertaining to mindfulness, breathing, and meditation. These are techniques that can be helpful when preparing to speak in public. While the information isn't necessarily new, it is still useful.

Great information, personally writing giving an intimate relationship with the author. Definitely gonna add to my bookcase to reference for my yoga teaching career.
