AHHHHHH!!! I love Sally Rooney and I started my book club about a year ago. The main reason I requested this book club kit is to see the type of questions to ask my book club, as well as possible next reads to recommend (which this guide included). I LOVED the added recipe to this kit, that was such a nice touch. I was very impressed by this guide and wish there were a few more for my book club to use. Unfortunately, my book club recently moved to Zoom, since a bunch of us moved cities but there are so many elements to this kit that are helpful to connect all readers. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I loved this book, and adore this book club kit. The interview with the publisher provided a really intriguing behind-the-scenes peek at the literary industry, the content warnings were sensitively written, and the questions in the discussion guide were evocative and a step beyond many "usual" book club questions. I really enjoyed reflecting on the story and characters and working through the questions in my own head. The bookmarks and recipes are fun, and the Sally Rooney trivia is a great addition (though I wish I had done better haha)

I was asked to review this book by NetGalley - I so love Sally Rooney and this book does not disapoint. we follow Alice, Felix, Eileen, and Simon through the ups and downs of life including their friendships and relationships with each other.
The author explores success and how someone funds hope on a world where it feels like there is no hope.
The author writes well and the reader is immersered in her story telling although I am a little late to the table - this will be a good read this summer for those who have not dipped their toes.

Contains bookmarks, author interview, recipe, and discussion questions. Really Informative. Great for book clubs with a book of the month.

Fantastic kit for use in book club meetings. We struggle with discussing the book (we usually say a few worked about it and then start chatting about anything in general) and this will help us to stay on track.

I loved this book club kit! I think it was a great idea to include discussion questions as well as trivia. I love the designs of the bookmarks and the fruit crumble sounds amazing so I was so excited to see the recipe for it!

As always, I find the Book Club Kits offered by NetGalley to be extremely fun, and “Beautiful World, Where Are You,” did not disappoint! Starting off with the Q&A with the publisher… I loved this because it was different from typical author Q&A’s. I found each question and answer to be insightful, but entertaining. Additionally, I love the fun “extras” included in the book kits, such as: bookmarks, recipes, and recommendations on what to read next. I think the content included in this book club kit really elevates the reader and book club experience!

Love this kit for a book club. Sally Rooney has the most interesting characters with such rich and deep stories. This guide would make a book club and its discussion so interesting. Thanks for access to this book club kit. Can’t wait to use it and recommend.

Not only did this book club kit include discussion questions, but there was trivia, printable bookmarks, and a recipe for fruit crumble (I wish there was a picture with the recipe). I did not like that there were so many pages filled with other book advertisements, especially because they didn't seem related or relevant to the book (e.g., if you liked this book, then you'll like XYZ).

I loved Beautiful World, Where Are You! So when I discovered there was a book club kit, I hopped on board. This book is about so many things. Friendship, love, heartbreak, healing, and discovering who you are.

This kit included an interview with the publisher to help get to know what it looks like to work with Sally Rooney, questions and topics for discussion, trivia questions to see who knows the most about the book, printable book marks and a recipe for the Fruit Crumble that Alice bakes the first time all 4 friends are together. It even includes a few recommendations for books to read next!

I loved this kit. It helped dive a lot deeper into the book, and helped orchestrate some really great discussions. And the recipe is delicious!!!

I tried. I really tried to make myself like a Sally Rooney book, but I need a plot. Any sort of plot. There is just nothing happening and the characters are sooooo meh. Ugh.

Very insightful, and a great guide to spark conversation around an otherwise boring and pretentious book. I do appreciate how it helps guide book clubs around a book that is so mundane there is very little to discuss. This will help a lot with my next meeting, specially when there will inevitably be a lull in conversation.
