Be Your Everything is a great read! It contains love, laughter, loyalty and family ties. It shares an exciting journey through internal and external desires, showing that even though the paths taken are crooked, love can win!
Chloe has overprotective brothers that make it difficult for her to date. She has always loved Dante from afar and one night in Las Vegas, after a few too many drinks, they get married. Chloe is convinced the marriage is a mistake, and Dante doesnโt love her. This is a romance that has a predictable happy ending but it is an enjoyable story. It is the 2nd in a series but could be read as a stand alone. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.
๐๐ฆ ๐ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐บ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ is a brother's best friend romance following Chloe and Dante who've always known the other meant something more but never acted on it. With a slight twist of fate, however, they end up drunk beyond sense and married... in Vegas. Now they've got to deal with bruised friendships and relationships amongst their growing connection.

Chloe has always wished Dante Mancuso would notice her just as she crushed after him ever since she was a kid.
Dante has always known Chloe Dangelo, as his best friend's little sister, was off limits. But his heart never got the memo.
Now after an accidental marriage in Vegas and after the regret has hit, Chloe wishes she could go back in time but Dante is convinced she's meant to be Mrs. Mancuso.
Chloe and Dante made a good couple. They overcame their differences and hesitations together. Their time in Bali was swoony and for some reason calming.
I was especially happy to read about Brooke and Luca's marriage and finally see them start their family.
I guess now we only have Gio's story remaining.

I received an ARC copy from Netgalley for an honest review. The second book of this series of Italian characters and family is also an unusual story in an unusual context from Catherine Bybee. Some facts and matters are surprisingly old fashioned if you realise weโre in 2022 but I they are so true.
The romance was globally okay but a little off for me.
Itโs a 2.5 stars for me.
Be Your Everything by Catherine Bybee is everything I expected from one of her books. There is faithfulness, loyalty, trust, family, emotions; so many feels thrown into one story. I love the development of the characters, their interactions with each other, and the love and importance of family. It was a quick read because I had trouble putting it down. I also wasnโt ready for the story to end! I love this family and cannot wait for Gioโs story to come out.
Welcome back to Little Italy and the D'angelos.
I think I put on about 5kg just reading this book, thinking of the delicious Italian food.
I liked getting back to them all, and seeing Chloe D'Angelo get her HEA - even if it does take a little while and a few wrong turns to get there.
Loved the protective vibe from the big brothers (even though in real life I would feel like Chloe and hate that they do it). I adored that she and Dante finally work on the feelings they have had for each other. Loved that they finally told the brothers to back off.
I want to be part of this family so bad (and not just for the cannoli!)
Looking forward to seeing which D'Angelo gets their happy next
Reading a Catherine Bybee book is always such a wonderful treat. There isn't one I've read that I haven't loved and that continues with Be Your Everything.
Chloe D'Angelo has had a crush on her brother's best friend Dante Mancuso for as long as she can remember, but she knew that he was off-limits in her family's eyes. Well if she's being honest every guy is off-limits; they all have their thoughts about her love life! Dante has been living in Italy for the past five years and he's returned to the states to attend the bachelor/bachelorette party in Vegas for Chloe's brother and soon-to-be sister-in-law. Chloe has set out to try to make Dante notice her and notice her he does!
After many drinks and some hijinks in Vegas, Chloe and Dante end up waking up the next morning having gotten hitched the night before! While they both know what they did, they both know that Chloe's family will not take the news well, so they decide to keep it a secret until Dante can figure out how to annual the union.
When their attraction hits the point of no return on New Year's Eve and they give in to what they are feeling, Chloe finds herself falling more in love with Dante. Needing space, she heads to Bali on a planned yoga retreat hoping that things will be clearer, or her marriage over, by the time she gets home. But are things ever that easy? Does she really want it to be over or could these two make it work?
I enjoyed so many things about this book. There is obviously the family aspect, which I love, but part of that in this one was finding who you are within that family and doing things that are going to be best for you. I appreciated the growth of both Dante and Chloe and how they were both willing to fight for what they wanted. I am always looking forward to the next Bybee book and it's no different this time...I can't wait!
**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title courtesy of Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review**
I had a difficult time rating this. I loved the end of the story but getting there felt like it took a long time. Chloe has loved Dante forever and Dante, her brother's best friend, stayed away from her out of loyalty to her brother. They accidentally got married during a bachelor/bachelorette trip to Vegas and then kept it under wraps for fear that they would be angering everyone. Chloe felt very young, Dante as well (Although he was 5 years older) and generally, I think their inability to kind of man up for such a long part of the story put me off a little with the story. That said, the last 30 or so % made up for it and I really ended up liking the overall story!
A romance that feels real! Often times these romances are just stuffed with swooning and small towns but again Bybee delivers with one that feels a little more "grown up".
Another SOLID showing!
I have loved every book that Catherine Bybee has written. They are easy to read and the characters are well written so you care about what happens to them. I have really liked all the characters in this new series and can't wait until we get to know Giovanni's story next.
BOOK REVIEW: Be Your Everything by Catherine Bybee
3 Stars
I enjoyed the first book in this series although in my mind it didn't compare to Catherine Bybee's Richter series which is brilliant. This second book was a nice light read but a little lacking in some places unfortunately.
Be Your Everything is about Chloe D'Angelo, the younger sister of Luca in book one. She has had a crush on her brother Gio's best friend Dante her whole life and is determined to finally make him notice her when the group is in Vegas. It is a nice romance with fun Italian family and friend dynamics. There was a good amount of humour too which I liked.
Unfortunately there were quite a few continuity errors which I hope get fixed before it's published. I also found the first 20% to be a little surface level and not that engaging. I like the characters but didn't really feel connected to these two leads and wish more energy had been put into the romance and more dialogue between them rather than the family drama and the unnecessary random twist.
The writing was decent but not the standard I have read by Catherine Bybee previously. Some of the dialogue seemed a little fake and didn't flow well.
Overall I am pretty sad about this book not living up to expectations and don't think I will continue this series. But I highly recommend Catherine's Richter series (starting with the first book "Changing the Rules").
Iโm loving this big Italian family! Chloe has had a crush on her brothers best friend since she was a kid and Dante was trying to follow the bro code but when in Vegas things get complicated! Although I wanted to throw my kindle at Chloe a few times she won me over by the end lol. I loved Dante and big gesture to show Chloe his true feelings. Canโt wait to read more from this series!
The DโAngelos are my new favorite family!
Chloe has had a crush on Dante since she learned that boys werenโt gross. Her infatuation with him made this story all the cuter as sheโs determined to prove she is not attracted to him. Of course, we all know how that works out. Iโm a huge fan of the drunken Vegas wedding trope and Chloe and Dante did theirs in a way that was highly unusual after the fact.
I loved both of these characters. They were fun and flirty although a bit insecure about where they stood with each other. Chloe more so than Dante. This had some of the usual bumps that are found in this trope, so nothing surprising here but the way they went about it and the influence their friends and family had on the outcome was what drove this story.
This isnโt overtly steamy but rather a gentle slide into a forever love. Canโt wait to get the next DโAngeloโฆGio?
This is one of those books that one canโt help but feel like a day weโll spent reading. I really loved how it kept me on toes throughout my entire reading time and made me question everyone every now and then lol. Definitely a full 5 stars read.
I really enjoyed this story. The basic concept is girl is in love with older brotherโs best friend, and when on a stag and hen do in vegas for her brother, her and the best friend get drunk and get married, then what follows is them figuring out how to fix it. It was a really good romance, with a mystery thrown in towards the end. I enjoyed the read and would recommend

I really enjoyed this book. All the large Italian family feels! We see baby sister Chloe and brothers best friend Dante ignite their passion and break all the rules. After much family drama and soul searching they find their happy ever after.
ARC provided by NetGalley and Montlake in exchange for honest review.
This was an ok read.
Some of it was kinda hard to believe but I think that's what fiction is all about.
There were some cute scenes in here that I really liked.
But what I didn't like was Giovanni hounding Chloe. I know he's being protective but geeze let the woman breathe some!
No wonder she did what she did! I would too! Heck, I want to right now as I finish reading this book.
In my opinion, I think that Dante and Chloe made a great couple! I really enjoyed in getting to know them.
A good job with excellent writing.
I skipped over a few things that I didn't like but others may love it.
The story is moderately paced and that's ok too. Gives me time to absorb what's going on in that particular scene.
A book I recommend for Catherine Bybee fans or anyone who loved trying new to me authors.
My thanks for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.
Can what happen in Vegas stay in Vegas...Well for Chloe DโAngelo, she so wants it to stay there until she can figure out why she married her long-time crush and her brother's best friend Dante Mancuso. She knew after she woke up with the mother of all hangovers that something monumental happened and when she looked at her ring finger, there was a ring where there was not one yesterday and it was turning her finger green...
For Dante, he knew that he was never to touch Chloe as her brothers would take him out and they would never find the body. But Dante could not resist Chloe any longer and when there was an opportunity in Vegas to put a ring on it, he went for it. But he knew the consequences and what it meant for both of them. He wanted Chloe and would have to figure out how to tell their families, but before Dante could come up with a solution, Chloe leaves the country and he will go around the world to find her and make her see that they are meant to be, despite what their families are going to think.
I loved this next book in the series and Catherine Bybee has given her fans what they need with her classic fun, romantic, sexy sizzle and lots of family drama that will keep the reader turning the pages to see what is happening next. Once you start reading you will not want to put this book down. This book is a 5 Star read.
Thank you, Catherine Bybee, and NetGalley for a copy of this book for my honest review.
This is the second book in the series and much better then the first book. It does have some predictability but there is a twist. I enjoyed the storyline. A solid 3 stars from me.
*****************I received an ARC from NetGalley for my honest opinion.******************
Chloe DโAngelo has had a crush on her brotherโs best friend for years, so when she finds herself stranded at a bar in Vegas when they are at a joint bachelor/bachelorette party she calls Dante for help. The night takes an unexpected turn and they end up drunk and saying I do. When they get back home neither of them is sure what to do. She thinks Dante is only home for a short time before heading back to his work in Italy. He has had feelings for her for a long time, but the bro code has kept him away. He doesnโt think he can walk away from her now. Miscommunication leads them to Bali where they spend time really getting to know each other and loving what they find. They have to navigate their way around their disappointed/angry families and the obstacles in their way. A man from Chloeโs past harasses her in the most horrible way, but luckily Dante and her family are there for her. Chloe was strong, loving, independent but would do anything for her family. Dante was no longer the playboy people thought he was, he is protective, caring and determined to show Chloe that they deserve each other. A great addition to the serious, I loved seeing all the characters from the previous book and Iโm hopeful about who will be in the next book.
