Enjoyed this newest installment of the Summer Island series, the characters always made me smile including Trace, Wind, Jewels and Kat and how they helped each other out in the various situations they got into and how they helped each other find the true romance each one deserved. Highly recommend to all romance lovers.

This short story was packed full of character development and detail. A fast and easy beach read! Thank you to the publisher and netgalley for the early read.

This is a good book. The two main characters are Wind and Damon. They have known each other all their lives and dated in high school. There is still an attraction. Wind is a broadway star and Damon has come home to open a restaurant. Wind is helping out by directing a play for kids. Damon is hosting a dinner for the donors of the show. They each have issues but together they work them out and fall in love.

Although this was a short story, it was packed with fully developed, amazing characters and a wonderful story. This was a fast, easy read. I finished it in two days and I am a slow reader.

This was a second chance romance, but it was also about a small town who cared about each other. They worked together to help special needs children feel great about themselves. It was nice to read about characters that were not self-centered.

I will continue to read Ciara Knights books.

What a great ending to a very enjoyable series. Love will come to us when we least expect it, even when we resist. Wel done Ms Knight, I look forward to your next book.

I really enjoyed this and found it incredibly easy to read.
I liked the fact that the characters were middle aged as opposed to being in their 20's, which is usually the norm with these kind of books.
I did find the characters a bit irritating though if I am completely honest, and although they were middle aged, I found that they came across as being much younger.

Wow! I am at a loss for words… Incredible… Kept me on the edge of my seat… It broke my heart…I could not look away from the pages for a second. I was completely engrossed in the story from start to finish… A must read! Left me speechless. So heartbreakingly beautiful. Probably one of the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given to a novel…

Summer Island Romance is a fantastic second chance romance and last in the Friendship Beach series. I loved that Wind and Damon are in their 50’s, were the it couple in their young years, but are now both back home and consider making a go of it again. They went different directions and still struggle with that question of are they right for each other or not. Being in love is not a problem, but being together seems to be the issue.

Of course, there are cute animals and adorable children to help with this romance, as well as, the rest of the friendsters and, apparently, now the mansters. I’ll miss this group of older lovebirds!

I was confused by Wind and Damon's story. I felt it was presented as a 20 something romance not 50 year olds. I had a hard time with that, since she acted so jeuvenile at times. Damon did the same thing with his friends as well

I loved this book! My first book by Ciara Knight but it will definitely not be my last! This story made me smile and laugh and even shed a few tears. Once you pick up this book don’t plan anything else for the rest of the day because you won’t be able to put it down.

This is book four in A Friendship Beach Novel Series and it is Wind and Damon's story. Wind and Damon have history as they had been childhood sweethearts and now they have both returned to Summer Island. When they meet again and have to work together on a fundraiser for children the chemistry between them is still as strong as ever so will this be there second chance of being together and having a happy ending that they both deserve only time will tell what the outcome would be for them. I absolutely loved this book and I couldn't put it down and it was a beautiful and Poignant story that had you turning the pages to see what would happen next and I definitely recommend you read this book and you will not be disappointed.

Summer Island Romance (A Friendship Beach Novel Book 4) by Ciara Knight s the last of the Friendster stories. This s a group to love along with the “Mansters” in their lives. The dramatic queen of the bunch Wind Lively receives her story last. She is my least favorite of the group but I still so enjoyed her story. Perhaps she had to be last so that she had time to work on her need to always be in the limelight. She reminds me of a co-worker who never learn the lessons that Winds learns and is now a lonely bitter woman. I feared that Wind might be the same but no, she has come home where she can be herself, accepted and loved as well as engage n some of those teenage attitudes and feeling long after those years have passed.

Of this couple, Damon Reynolds started out and stayed my favorite. He needed to pursue his dream. Putting these two together to get the small town’s annual play off the ground and up and running was the perfect setting for these two. Despite Wind’s ability to overcompensate and Damon’s reluctance to be once again involve with Wind, this time gave them a chance to learn to appreciate each other.

Will miss these girls and their guys but a wonderful finish to the series. Summer Island Romance is the perfect beach read.

Wind Lively and Damon Reynolds both have returned to Summer Island. There is some history there, but the chemistry is still there too. They are back in the small town with all the small town living. The town is putting on their annual play, which is a big fundraiser for the children, and everyone must help. When the people put Damon and Wind working together on the play and the fundraiser, things do get interesting. Damon's thinks he gave up his dream and now that he is divorced, he wants to just focus on what he wants. Wind wants to change the career she has and is focused on that. Will the town people help them open their eyes to see what is right in front of them?
If you haven't read any of the other books, you will enjoy reading this story. It can be read as a stand alone. The series is wonderful and they are interesting stories. Wind has the friendsters, her friends, from when she was young, and Damon has the mansters, the men of the friendsters, helping him. It was an entertaining read, and it was nice to see Houdini, still up to his mischief. The book is inspiring, finding out if Wind and Damon will get a second chance, and the ending was delightful.
