Not what I expected. TO TRUST by Rasha Selim did not meet the expected suspense and exchange I wanted as a reader. This may be for another reader, just not for me.
This is a good book. The two main characters are Ann Marie and Morgan. Ann Marie owns her designing company and Morgan builds custom motorcycles. They’re is an instant attraction when they meet. They both want no commitment but want a one night stand. Several months later Ann Marie comes back to see Morgan to tell him she is pregnant. When he hears this he leaves to get his head on right. He comes back and commits to being a Dad. They both fall in love.
I loved this book!
I thought that the characters were great and well developed.
The book was about overcoming the past and that played a large part of the storyline.
It was a book that focussed on trust, romance and it was a sexy read too
It is 5 stars from me for this one, no hesitation – I enjoyed it from cover to cover!
Ann Marie who is a graphic designer but on the verge of burn travels to a friend's home for a break. She had met or seen Morgan Anderson custom bike builder. They have a spark and as much as neither wants a relationship they agree just for the time that she is there in his town. It is months later when she returns and is pregnant that the two of them must deal with each other's past together and separately. There is much going on with this story that I don’t want to give too much away, but the story is gripping and full wonder, wonder about what will happen between the two characters. Though the author draws it out it is done in a way that keeps you wanting to read the next page and the next. It is wonderful with very good characters, very much worth the read.
First of all, I should say that I got a copy of this from NetGalley.
Now that I have that out of the way, I so enjoyed reading this book. It is so easy to read, as well as really well written. Rasha Selim is an amazing writer and I’ve really enjoyed reading her work. This is the first book I’ve read from her and I can’t wait to read more. .Much appreciation to the author
The second book in the Evergreen Point series. Morgan Anderson, a custom bike builder and Graphic designer and marketing CEO, Ann Marie Tosto both have things in their pasts they have to let go of in order to get a HEA. I enjoyed reading this story. I received a copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Morgan and Ann Marie have explosive chemistry, but neither one "does" relationships. They both have scars that have caused them to guard their hearts and keep all but a select few at arm's length. When choosing to give in to their desire has unintended consequences, they're both forced to reckon with what they really want.
Both MCs were nice enough people, and they handled their situation like responsible adults, so it was easy to root for them to find happiness. The story was very insta-lusty and I don't know if I've ever met anyone who has THAT degree of openness with their friends and family about their intimate life. It kinda felt like the whole crew was right outside the bedroom door for the whole thing. That said, the story was pleasantly spicy and a relatively low-angst, satisfying journey.
Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!
ARC Complimentary copy provided by NetGalley for an honest opinion. Morgan and Ann Marie's story begins in the previous book in this series, but only in the surface sense. Their next encounter changes every aspect of their lives. It's a journey that will wrap around your feelings and won't let go.
I absolutely loved this book
Didn’t know I need this book until I read it.

🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶/5
First of all I instantly feel in love with Ann Marie. Her personality really made me like her I don’t know why but her putting up a front and showing she is an independent women that doesn’t need a man I understand but she also shows a side of her that accepts the help Morgan offers her and she starts to see the glimpse of what being loved feels like.
Morgan’s hard exterior is understandable but he push down his feelings for Ann Marie for way to long. I understand she did the same but he could have (what Caden likes to say) ‘dig deeper’.
Overall the chemistry between the go characters is phenomenal and the sexual tension is fucking jaw dropping.
Thank you so much to NetGalley, BookBuzz and the author for this ARC!
This is the second book in the Evergreen Point series by Rasha Selim. It‘s about Morgan (we already meet him in the first book) and Ann Marie.
I enjoyed this story. It was a quick and fun but also emotional read. The writing was easy to understand. Both main characters have protected themselves against everyone. It was so nice to see them evolving as a couple! Also loved the friendship between Susan (Morgan‘s BFF) and Ann Marie. Furthermore the cover of this book was so pretty.
The plot of the story drew me in and made this book and interesting and engaging read that will keep you entertained and a little bit surprised, not in a bad way.
I really enjoyed this book! The storyline was great and it keeps you gripped for what happens next. It is filled with spice and more spice! It shows two people who have suffered different hurts in their past and meeting each other, supports their growth as people. It creates a healing environment, where they feel safe enough to start healing. It keeps you guessing until the end and I am keen to purchase the first book of this sequel too! All through, a great read.
To Trust is my first experience reading Rasha Selim’s work and I found it to be an enjoyable read. It’s quite evident from the start that Ann Marie and Morgan are drawn to each other but they’re both dealing with having had their hearts broken when they were young. This is their journey of learning to trust again and it was nice to experience the love and support they received from each other, but also from friends and family. All in all an enjoyable read. I’m very grateful to have been given the opportunity to read an early copy of this book for NetGalley.
I think this new-to-me-author did an excellent job keeping me enthralled and immersed in this story. I enjoyed the maturity of the characters, the comical elements, the truly supportive circle of family and friends and how these two practical, resolved and determined characters find themselves caught in the power of love. Loved it from beginning to end!
Oh this one got me! I lovvvvved it! From the beginning to the end and please tell me there will be followups of the siblings!!! I want more of their stories… it cannot end here. Perfect amount of everything: spice, drama, laughter, pain, happiness. What a great book! I want to say so much more but don’t want to spoil any of the plot. Can’t wait to read other books by Rasha!
Quick Summary: A 0 to 100 love story that was practically perfect in every way
My Review: To Trust by Rasha Selim was a stellar romance. I absolutely loved it!!! This book deserves a standing ovation.
About the Couple: Morgan and Ann Marie were so similar. They each had a tough exterior. They only allowed a few people into their lives, and even then, it was at a controlled distance. Those closest to their hearts, however, were loved fiercely. From the beginning, it was evident that they were protecting their hearts from the other. Still, they were drawn together by powerful feelings. Their attraction was combustible. Their relationship was inevitable.
About the Family: The Andersons were wonderful. Their strong sense of family was so evident. I loved how they were present for every members challenges and triumphs. The fact that they rallied around Morgan and Ann Marie when they faced the unknown was beautiful.
About the Conflict: There were a lot of moving parts, in terms of conflict. Both main characters had their own individual conflict points. They struggled with their pasts. They struggled with themselves, in terms of wants. They also struggled with revealing who they really were. In addition to the aforementioned, they also experienced difficulty with the relationship they shared. What they said they wanted differed from what they were creating together.
About the Humor: Oh my word, this book was so funny. I was laughing the entire time (except at the more serious moments, of course). I, particularly, loved when Morgan, Ann Marie, Susan, and Pax got together. They were three hoots and a chuckle. Additionally, the T-shirts that Dustin wore were insane (especially the last one mentioned...lol).
About the Big Reveal: Yes! (Sniff, sniff)
My Final Say: This book was such a satisfying read. It was incredibly sweet, it was totally believable, and it was amazingly complete. It was a full circle forever love story.

Sexy, Sexy romance story, both Ann Marie and Morgan have trouble opening up their heart after tragic incidents that effected them when they were young. However, after there first introductions they couldn't keep their hands off each other or keep their hearts closed to each other and that alone just made me happy and made me blush. I love the support they had for each other and the support they received from both their friends and family. The support from the friends and family was not only kind and loving but they are funny, supportive and all deserve their own story. No matter what problem came up there was a brother, friend or parent right there with them to help them. It was just a lovely story that will make you happy and wish you were part of the family and story.
I want to thank The Wild Rose Press and NetGalley for a wonderful romantic story.

Great characters, great plot and a very sexy tale. Two characters who have sworn off love and relationships and think that they can have the smouldering looks and the sex and touching but nothing more. Fate throws them a few curve balls and they have to decide what they mean to each other. Morgan’s family is excellent, full of sarcasm, wit and care for the couple.
