If you like a romantic tale this one's for you. I personally loved it.
The Miller family are all home for Christmas in their parents home in the wilds of Scotland.. All three adult children are un married but their Grandmother is praying for weddings and babies.
A snow storm depends, hence the title Snowed in for Christmas.

Fabulous book, had a lot of relatable characters, lots of ups and downs true to real life, really lost myself in this book, couldn't put it down, but made myself so it lasted longer, only down side was I finished it too quick. I have read a couple of Sarah Morgans Christmas books, will definitely be looking for more to read now.

Another perfect book for the Christmas period by Sarah Morgan.
Full of humour and Christmas secrets. The personalities of the characters in the book, jump out and pull you in to read more.
Definitely recommended for a winter read. It will get you in the Christmas mood.

Another scrumptious read from Morgan, who never disappoints in delivering satisfying, heartwarming reads. There’s always so much going on, along with the guaranteed HEA. Imperfect characters dumped in a perfect setting and told to get on with it!

Thanks to Sarah and NetGalley for allowing me to read Snowed in for Christmas on the hottest day in the UK.
This is a story of people from very different backgrounds.
The squabbling siblings in the Miller family are each focused on one aspect of their lives to the exclusion of all else. Communication has to be planned in advance of the Xmas holidays as they try to avoid questions which they don't want to answer.
Meanwhile, Lucy was brought up by her grandmother who sadly died at Christmas time, leaving Lucy without relatives. She works in advertising and is devoted to her employer who has been supportive of her. Now the business is in trouble and Lucy is determined to do whatever she can to save it.
When Lucy tries to deliver a business proposal to Ross at the family home, she is mistaken for his girlfriend. There will be lots of crossed wires before Nanna Jean uses her advanced years to speak her mind and verbally knock some heads together.
Her character is hilarious albeit embarrassing for the family.
A feelgood story of families and romance and not a little sadness.

Although I read this in a heatwave, this is the perfect Christmas read to curl up with on a winter's afternoon. It feels very Christmassy and had the right balance of drama and romance.

Snowed in for Christmas is a wonderful engaging and throughly satisfying read, Christmas or otherwise.
When Lucy’s job is in danger at the struggling advertising agency she works at she hatch a plan to pitch an idea to Ross Miller CEO of a very successful sports company. Being up in Scotland just before Christmas to take campaign photos of reindeer she goes to his family lodge just to leave her proposal there for him to read over the holiday.
Meanwhile Ross and his two sisters hatch a plan to keep their mother and grandmother off Ross’s back as they are continually asking when he is going to settle down and start a family and they come up with the name Lucy for his pretend girlfriend.
Unfortunately when Lucy arrives at the lodge to drop her plans off Ross’s mother just assumes this Lucy is the girlfriend. Unable to explain as not able to get a word in as she leaves she injures herself. Ross and his sisters arrive, and after receiving medical treatment Lucy has to stay at the lodge as they’re snowed in for Christmas.
With the family in ignorance and Ross’ sisters having their own relationship woes there’s a lot to untangle. But it does so beautifully, there is humour, tension, misunderstandings and high emotions here that has you cheering on every single character.
A lovely heart warming story from this author.
My thanks to net galley and publisher for the opportunity to review this book honestly.

A glorious tale of relationships, crossed wires and loads of Christmas Spirit. It was kind of strange reading about snow and Christmas baking during a heatwave but still very enjoyable.

As I started this new Christmas book by Sarah Morgan, I knew I would be consumed by the story, as I am with all the others I have read. And I was. Finished in a day. A true Christmas in July moment for me!
Lucy is looking to work over Christmas, with too much pain associated with the festive time. Her dear grandmother is no longer alive to share this time with her, so being able to help her boss, Archie, with some struggles at work seems to be the best possible plan, to keep her busy, and not constantly reminded of Christmases past.
So off she sets, to Scotland to shoot some photos with influencers and reindeer, and to drop off a package with what she hopes will be the key to saving the company she works for, to Ross Miller; a client they have high hopes of signing, in order to keep afloat.
Thing is, nothing is ever that simple, as she manages to deliver her parcel, but ends up stranded at Miller Lodge, in a snow storm, with a huge family that is not her own, and a fractured ankle!
The first thing I have to say is that I was initially pulled into thinking we were going to be reading about Lucy's story, but of course, that is not Sarah Morgan's way!
I loved how we were introduced to the Miller family, and how each and every character, Lucy included, had a huge part to play in the way the story concludes.
A wonderful, all-consuming story and I have to say reading about the snow cooled me a little, in the heat we are experiencing, right now!
Many thanks to NetGalley and HQ for an ARC in exchange for an honest opinion.

It was a strange experience to be reading a Christmas romance in the middle of a July heatwave but Sarah Morgan managed to make me believe in the snow. She does settings very well and I could believe in her village somewhere near Inverness (although I wouldn't describe it as the far north, but I guess that's perspective).

Another thing that Sarah does extremely well is to create families. The Miller family lives off the page and although, for the sake of the plot, there are perhaps too many personal issues, they were all realistic. Sarah manages the family dynamics well. There is a foundation of love which is never in doubt to the reader even if it's less clear to the protagonists. Lucy, the outsider from London, acts as a deus ex machina and helps the adult siblings to understand their parents better, as does Fergus a local family friend.

In spite of the title, the family is not snowed in for Christmas but, rather, in the run up to it. This allows all to be resolved for Christmas Day and the happy-ever-after to begin before the book closes. Yes, it's sentimental but not cloyingly so and (spoiler alert) Sarah Morgan wins many points from me for allowing a romantic lead to not want children. About time in my book!

She’s snowed in with the family. The only problem? They’re not her family.
A family gathering
This Christmas the Miller siblings have one goal to avoid their family’s well meaning questions. Ross, Alice and Clemmie have secrets that they don’t intend to share, and they are relying on each other to deflect attention.
An uninvited guest
Lucy Clarke is facing a Christmas alone, and the prospect of losing her job unless she can win a major piece of business from Ross Miller. She’ll deliver her proposal to his family home in the Scottish Highlands and then leave. After all, she wouldn’t want to intrude on the Miller’s perfect family Christmas.
A Christmas to remember
When Lucy appears on the Miller’s snow covered doorstep, she is mistaken for Ross’s girlfriend. But by the time the confusion is cleared up, a storm has hit and Lucy is stuck. As everyone settles in for a snowed in Christmas, tensions bubble to the surface and suddenly Lucy finds herself facing a big family fallout with a family that isn’t hers…
Really enjoyable read totally recommend I read this in one sitting
