I loved this book. It was sweet and even though the ending was as I expected it left me with a warm glow and I hope there will be more in this series and I would love to know what happens next. Even though it’s August this book kept me cool and thinking of colder weather to come. My thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for giving me the opportunity to read this book in return for an honest review.
Let It Snow by Beth Moran was a such a wonderful Christmas romance. Everything you would expect in this close proximity romance. I see the wheels of the Hallmark execs turning as this would be a perfect holiday movie. When a boy from your past is at your childhood home and offers to help you out for a job interview, bring on the holiday road trip. Don't let the fun and "typical" story line fool you because this book offers plenty of surprises!
Wow, love this story. Never boring, easy to keep in touch. The characters were ‘real’ which makes it heartwarming and yearning to read. Would recommend.
This book has set me up in the mood for Christmas - It was beautiful and cosy and has just everything you want and love in a Christmas tale. Sit down with a lovely warm drink and enjoy this taste of Christmas come early.
Thank you to NetGalley for allowing me the opportunity to read an ARC of "Let It Snow" by Beth Moran.
Overall, I rated this novel a 4/5 stars!
Bea is finally coming home to spend Christmas with her family, which is uncommon for her in recent years, and her family is beyond excited to hear the news. When she returns home, she finds her that her meddling. matchmaking mother has invited Henry, a young man from her childhood, to spend the holidays with them. Once arriving home, she has an interview for a job opportunity for a new meteorologist position. She and Henry (whom she refers to simply as "her driver" set out for a very unorthodox interview process. Her ex and her also rekindle a texting relationship while she is trying to get this new job.
Which man will Bea choose? Does she get the new job? You'll have to read this book in order to find out everything!
I really enjoyed this book, great cast of characters and i read within a matter of days.I look for to reading more by Beth Moran.
Let it Snow is a fun holiday rom-com that will leave you feeling very jolly.
What a fun and festive book! There was a lot packed in this story, and I was completely blown away by where Beth took her readers. I just assumed that the bulk of this story would take place in Scotland in this remote location, and this wasn’t the case. We get to go on all these mini adventures with Bea and Henry that take readers all over the place as these two try to get Bea her “dream” job and help save Charis House. I love the fast pace in this story; it kept me on my toes. The job interview scenes were out-of-this-world bonkers and so highly entertaining. I was not expecting how crazy that entire interview process ended up being; there was definitely a Hunger Games vibe to it.
Family plays an important part in this story, and The Armstrong family is wonderfully quirky and endearing. I loved their family dynamic. They are not perfect, and some family secrets and hurt feelings come to light during the story. But of course, this is a feel-good romance, which means that when things get tough for this family, they support each other and work together to save their family home. There are plenty of those Hallmark feel-good moments with this family. I like Bea. She is sweet, and I love that she dances to the beat of her drum. She wears quirky clothes (usually weathered-themed) and is willing to help others when they need it. I admit I liked Summer (who is Bea’s colleague and nemesis) with respect to what she added to the story. She was a terrible person and just made Bea’s life a living hell. Every time she would pop up in the story I knew things would go terribly wrong for Bea. Summer’s character didn’t take over the storyline but just added that extra conflict that made things entertaining.
If you are a fan of love triangles, then you will like this love story. Bea has two love interests, Adam and Henry. When this story starts, Bea and Adam have already broken up, and she is having a hard time moving on. Henry is a sweet guy, but Bea can’t stand him, mainly because she thinks he doesn’t like her and thinks he is better than her. But as the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover. As these two spend the holiday season together, Bea realizes that maybe she was quick to judge Henry and that he just might be the man her heart needs. So many cute moments happened between these two, which will make your heart pitter-patter. To make things even more interesting, Adam comes back into the picture and wants Bea back. I have to say that I liked both guys. Adam isn’t that “evil” ex-boyfriend, and by the end of the book, he was winning my heart. Even though I wanted her to end up with Henry, I wouldn’t have been heartbroken if she went back to Adam. I enjoyed the whole love story that Beth created.
Let It Snow is a wonderful holiday romance that will melt your heart.

What a cute, funny, romantic Christmas tale!!. Beth Moran at her best!!.
Bea Armstrong is a famous tv weather girl who's dreading going home for Christmas to a family who make it hard to be around. Especially at Christmas!!. All she wants is a quiet relaxing Christmas which is not how the Armstrong family's festive holiday is all about!!. She knows it will be chaos as usual!!. Then She finds out there is a special guest of honour now she is single again... Cringe!!!. All of this with added stress involved, makes for a hilarious story!!. I laughed, cringed and got teary eyed !!.
Many thanks to Netbgalley for the free ARC book for an honest review.

This book has everything required for a perfect Christmas read! The characters were quirky, relatable and fun. The multiple storylines were interesting and unexpected. I really enjoyed this book and recommend sitting down with it, a large mug of cocoa and some cookies. Thanks #NetGalley and #Boldwoodbooks
'Let it Snow' is an easy, light, clean romantic holiday read. Amongst the chaos, which seems to be Bea's life, emerges a self-realisation that maybe all she really needs has always been in front of her.
Bea Armstrong is the local TV weather girl and come rain or shine, she brings warmth and charm with all her viewers - because connecting is what people do, 'it proves there are people out there who care about each other.' But while Bea is concerned over the welfare of her viewers, she has actively been avoiding her family, her recent breakup, and now, her ‘childhood betrothed’. Bea just simply wants to fit in - or does she?
Beth Moran's 'Let it Snow', gives us all the calamity and chaos that comes with Christmas, but delivers a journey of self-discovery and realisation of what truly matters, 'being true to yourself and what you believe'. Although the story might have been light on details concerning family quirks and history, and at times seemed to introduce more issues than it solved, it is a classic Christmas romantic comedy that suits the holiday.
Thank you Net Galley and Boldwood Books for an opportunity to read and give my opinion on this story.
This book is definitely on the hallmark side of cheesy! This is an easy read if you're distracted with holiday travels and/or you're looking to ignore reality for a bit. While this book is as cheesy as my favorite pasta, and while it does stick to the classic "forced proximity" trope, I thought it was still different enough to be fun!
Bea and Henry’s parents have been friends forever. The sort that have their kids paired up as ‘childhood betrothed’ well before they even know what that means. Bea has always bristled at it, considering him boring and robotic. Henry…he went a different route. Quietly pining for years, specifically.
It had been years since they’d seen each other, and so when Bea is called back home for the holidays she’s surprised to find Henry an extra guest at the table (and new teacher at the school her parents run out of their estate for at risk youth)
Even more surprising, when she desperately to make it to an important multi day job interview/audition six hours away on basically no notice, he easily volunteers his car and time to get her there. And when she’s both working to try and uncover a family secret and save the school, he’s just as much there to help her then.
Maybe she’s misjudged him all along? Will she give him a chance, or try to patch things up with her ex Adam - a former student at her parent’s school, who has come back around and wants to win her back.

This was a pretty quick holiday read. A mix of light parts and heavy. The job interview was absolutely bananas - complete with a digital leaderboard. The potential boss really was something else.
For trope lovers, I counted three instances of “only one room”
I’d have liked much more with Henry and less with her ex tbh - my only big issue, really - but he does ramp up The Tension. And, I guess, in the end Adam even had me in the feelings, got to give him some credit for that.
More than anything, I was 110% invested in the ‘save the school’ storyline, I’m always a sucker for the underdog!
And all my love for Nana Joy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2
Weather Girl, Bea returns home for Christmas, only to find Henry at her house-the boy her parents wanted her to marry since ages. Relief comes as a job interview scheduled the next day but due to snow there aren't any cabs available. Except Henry offers to drive her for a 2-day long trip.
This was a delightful & wholesome Christmas read. With perfect descriptions of snow, festives & presents, this was definitely a cozy read. And had a very fulfilling subplot.
Bea was such a loveable character. I adored her for finally standing up for herself against her ex & toxic workplace.
The romance was subtle & slow-burn. Henry & Bea had the most unexpected history, like I was so amused to know that how many times their paths had crossed which definitely had a feeling of star-crossed lovers & a full circle moment.
<i>Thank you netgalley and publisher for the ARC, all thoughts are my own.<i>
This is such a feel-good book, filled with plenty of fun Christmas traditions and games.
The various settings - the school grounds, the estate in Scotland, even the 'shack' - sounded absolutely beautiful, especially when covered in snow!
I loved the community feel, and everything which Bea does for her viewers to make them feel important really warmed the heart and made me yearn for a Christmas at the Coach House with the Armstrong family.
This was my first Beth Moran book, and I immediately went and purchased three more. I can't enthuse enough of how delightful of a story 'Let It Snow' is and how hopeful it made me feel. The tenderness of the romance, the quirky family and the annoying villains all combined to make a wonderful read. I highly, highly recommend it to all.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. The opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own.
This was an adorable Christmas romantic tale.
I liked and related to the main character Bea and especially her interactions with Henry but I am a sucker for tales of friends becoming more than friends! I thought the author did a wonderful job in conveying their relationship building, they would be sharing cheeky banter one moment but showing genuine care for eachother in the next.
There was a lot going on the story with Beas wonderful eccentric but loving family Christmas (complete with Christmas itinerary!), her ex reappearing, work rivals and job interview for her dream job but I simply sat back and enjoyed the wild ride the book took me on.
I liked the structure of some chapters set in the past providing more background on the characters and their relationships.
Overall I really enjoyed the book and found it cozy and heartwarming which is exactly what I look for in a Christmas set romance.
Many thanks to the publisher for providing me with a digital ARC through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
What a lovely story. This was a really easy reading book but it was so interesting and enjoyable I couldn't put it down read it in two sittings. Bea is a weather presenter on TV but after splitting from her long term boyfriend earlier in the year she goes home to have one of her mother's big family Christmases, but things don't go as planned and there are plenty of things happening before she finally decides about her future. Beautifully written characters and it's a really heartwarming, festive read. A 5 ⭐read
Eine sympatische Protgaonisten, eine nette, leider etwas zu vorhersehbare Story. Die Rückblenden sind etwas anstrengend zu lesen, da hab ich einige überblättert. Ein solider Weihnachts-Liebesroman.
This was a cute and cozy rom com with lovable characters! Love the enemies to lovers trope. This one would make a great holiday film.
This was such a sweet story. It made me wish I had read this in a warm cozy cabin in the winter. I loved the characters and the romance was so sweet and lovely.
