A beautiful ending to a fantastic series. It feels like saying goodbye to an old friend. I needed tissues but there was also happiness, new romances and hope for the future. I’m kind of hoping that there might be a future revisit in the future!

Jessica does it again! There hasn’t been a single one in the Hedgehog Hollow series that hasn’t made me laugh and cry!
This one is the last in the series of 6, The story finishes off the story of all the favourites from every book.
Sam and Josh are awaiting the arrival of their first baby and there’s lots of drama along the way.
The main character in this book is Fizz, she has a massive cloud over her with some very troubled events from her past which she needs to deal with before she can move on in her life.
The book has covered some very difficult storylines which did make me cry but as usual Jessica has dealt with them in such a great way.
I’m so sad that the series has ended and I’ll miss every character in them.
Jessica certainly didn’t disappoint and had a great Christmas theme all the way through.
Thank you Boldwood Books and NetGalley and of course Jessica Redland for an ARC of this book and for everyone of the six in the series.
HOT TIP - I’m hoping there might be another wee story unfolding at the end.

Loved it!!! A great end to the series, it was perfect. I'm sad to say goodbye to all the hedgehogs and of course all the characters that I grew to love. It always takes me a little time to figure out who everyone is again, with all the parents, their spouses, friends and family. That is why I love the brief synopsis of everyone at the beginning. The book takes place a whole year after the last one, which definitely helps with the storyline. In this book the reader got to know Fizz a little bit better. Fizz isn't all sparkling unicorn with colorful hair, she has a horrible secret that she has been hiding for years. I wasn't expecting what she revealed, but Fizz was strong, brave and did exactly what she needed to. I'm not sure how Fizz was with Yasmin for so long. Fizz should have have left with Jinx immediately, on the night sue was supposed to move in with her. I still have a hard time with Debs. She treated her daughter terribly for so many years, but she has changed for the better. Hedgehogs sound so cute, I wish we had wild ones that lived in our garden. I would definitely volunteer at Samantha's hedgehog rescue center. Loved that everyone got their happy ending.

Definitely recommend the book and the previous ones in the series. Love the characters, story and writing style. I'm sad to say goodbye, but it was a wonderful ending. Look forward to reading more books by the author. Love the cover.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Boldwood Books through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

I cannot get enough Hedgehog Hollow!! The characters are so well written they come alive on the page and have become like friends to me! The adventure continues with this book, and spoiler alert you are going to need some tissues as you laugh and cry through them. Such a wonderful read, as usual!!

I have loved this series from page one of book 1 and found Christmas Miracles to be the perfect ending. I have loved watching Sam and Josh's relationship reach each milestone. I also really liked Phoebe and was so happy that she finally found the romantic love she had always been searching for. Fizz's backstory was more intense than I had been expecting, but I thought the author handled it perfectly. One of my favorite scenes in the entire book (maybe series) was the one between Fizz and Darcie when Darcie tells Fizz that Phoebe really liked her - it was just a really sweet scene between the two and Darcie is just too cute. I felt a special connection to Sam's pregnancy story - I didn't need to go on bedrest but I didn't have an easy labor/delivery and there was a nurse at the hospital that pretty much made me feel like an idiot in those early days. Seeing a similar story here made me feel a little better and like it wasn't just me that went through that. This final book also gives some hope for Sam's mother and father that they are on track to find love themselves. I still think Sam let her mother off the hook a little too easily, but it was nice to see her start to have the kind of relationship with her she should have always had. I'm not sure we needed the final confrontation with a member of the Grimes family, it didn't really seem to add anything to the story and it had already been well established how awful they were. You definitely have to have read the previous books in the series to follow everything going on and understand the relationships/histories between the characters. Like I said previously, this is the perfect ending to this wonderful series.

Oh Jessica what you done to me and majority of your readers, I had tears of sadness as this is the grand finale and tears of happiness, what a beautiful series.

Full review will be on the blog tour.

It seems sad that this series has come to a natural conclusion. This book is another good read and once again the characters come to life with their stories intertwining. I will never look at a hedgehog the same way again.

Well Jessica Redland almost had me in tears while I was on the tube while I was devouring this spectacular series finale.

It is just the most perfect title for a book, and while I'm gutted the series has come to an end, if you do have to end a series then other authors should look at this for how to leave a reader satisfied, and incredibly happy for the characters.

But it's certainly not smooth going, and anyone who has been following the series from the start wouldn't have expected anything less than the amount of well literally everything that has been crammed into this book.

Sam's viewpoint is mixed with us finally getting Fizz's story, and what a backstory and secret she has. It is uncomfortable reading at times, but all dealt with in an appropriate manner from the author.

Full of drama, emotion, more animals than just hedgehogs (time has moved on since the end of book 5), joy and heartache this book grabs your attention from the first few pages, and doesn't let it go at any point. It's fantastic.

Always sad to see a much loved series end, but it really has been done in a spectacular way.

Thank you Jessica Redland for bringing Hedgehog Hollow in our hearts, and teaching us all about Hedgehogs, and how to look after them. It has been a complete and utter pleasure reading this series.

Thank you to Boldwood Books and Netgalley for this copy which I have reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

Well Jessica you did it again, I actually cannot believe this is the last instalment of the wonderful comings and goings of Hedgehog Hollow, it will be missed. I’m so glad that the expansion has happened and loving the Badgers names. Sam and Josh got there bundle of joy, Fizz got back her life and found love on her doorstep, which we all could see expect her and Sams parents found love again. Just wonderful you had me in laughter, tears and happiness all the way through.
Cannot wait for your next book, but may definitely have to revisit Hedgehog hollow from the beginning again

I absolutely love anything this author has to offer. This book was no different and was a satisfying end to this series. I am sad not to be able to revisit these characters again but look forward to what is offered next.

Oh my goodness ! If there was ever a perfect end to a perfect series then this is it. I loved being back in Hedgehog hollow again and being with the characters I know and love. And just how lovely is Josh?
Sammie is pregnant and hoping to slow down at work before her baby arrives but of course life does not run smooth for her and could a face from the past put her in danger once more?
We learn Fizz's past story and heartache and she has to go through more before she arrives at her happy ever after.
There are more hedgehog rescues which are lovely as the rescue centre goes from strength to strength.. What a place it is turning out to be with all the family and friends who are just as loved as family.
Into everyone's life always comes some sadness and Sammie's is no different. I cried buckets at parts of this book. I even cried when Sammie goes to Thomas's bench to speak to him it's always so poignant.

The ending is perfect and I enjoyed reading Jessica's notes at the end about where she got parts of the books from. It is sad it has come to a close but I can understand that it would get a bit boring writing about the same people all the time but Jessica has promised mentions of the rescue centre in other book to come. And there's a special treat ahead but you'll have to read the book to find out what.

Another amazing book by Jessica, full of emotion. I'm actually pregnant and due around the same time Samantha was so I particularly loved the chapters about her pregnancy as it gave me insight on things to expect in the coming months. I'm so happy everyone got their happy ending, especially Fizz. I'm just not ready to say goodbye to hedgehog hollow - please can we have another installment

Another brilliant book from Jessica Redland, the last in the Hedgehog Hollow series (sob, sob) but can be read as a stand-alone seriously though why would you not read them in order. Sensitive subject handled beautifully, wrapping up the series. Great characters, well flowing plot. Totally recommend. Thank you netgalley for the advanced copy

Having loved reading the fabulous
Hedgehog hollow series from the start I was looking forward to reading the last instalment in the series but also feeling a little bit sad that we would be saying goodbye to hedgehog hollow although like all good things they must come to an end at some point as the saying goes.

These books can be read as standalone but I highly recommend reading them in order for the full reading experience.

This instalment focuses on the story of fizz who has featured previously but whose story we haven’t heard much of before and focuses on the traumatic events of her past which are covered in a very sensitive way. It also focuses on Sam and joshes pregnancy and of the family all getting ready for Christmas and coming together to make it a happy occasion for all.

Once I had started to read it I couldn’t put it down and was perfect escapism to read for my Christmas in July reading and to escape from the hottest day of the year. I felt that the book ended perfectly and was a perfect conclusion to a lovely series and looking forward to the backstory books coming out at some point in the future detailing the lives of Gwendoline and Thomas the original occupants of hedgehog hollow.

Thanks to the publishers and Netgalley for an advance copy of this book in exchange for a review.

On the hottest day of the year I'm reading about Christmas! This is the final book in the Hedgehog Hollow series and again we follow the lives of the friends we've made there.

Loved it. Might need to go back and read the whole series again!

The final installment at Hedgehog Hollow was a satisfying wrapup. We focus on both Sa.m and Fizz as Dam goes through her pregnancy and Fizz deals with past abuse.

Another brilliant book from Jessica Redland which tidily wraps up the Hedgehog Hollow series but leaves a hint of possibility that we may see these characters again as background features in future Redland universe stories.

This final book focuses on the continuing storyline of Samantha (and Josh) but also shines a spotlight on one of the beloved characters from the previous books, Fizz.

Fizz has always been one of my favourite side characters so it's been a joy to see her fleshed out further in this book.

Christmas Miracles at Hedgehog Hollow is perhaps a little darker in places than the others with an unexpected side story but the tale is told with Jessica's wonderfully relaxing trademark storytelling voice and you find yourself rushing through in one sitting, desperate to know how it all ends.

Whilst I am sad to be saying goodbye to this cast of characters and places, I think Samantha's tale is definitely told and it's time for her to finally have her happily ever after. A satisfying conclusion to an enjoyable series.

Well what can I say. Jessica has done it again. We followed Fizz and Samantha and wow.. A difficult subject covered. Did not see that coming. . Not giving any thing away. We had all the lovely but not if you know what I mean hedgehog rescues. I was uncertain when we had book 5 but all 6 are fab. You can read it as a stand alone enough is explained. I absolutely loved it. Going to start again with book 1. A must must read.. A lovely peaceful ending. I won’t lie there are tears but that is ok. Read it

Jessica Redlands writing is always gorgeous, intriguing, and heartfelt, I’m sure this book in her series will be no exception. The cast of characters and premise oook wonderful. Can’t wait!
