Being self-aware and thinking positive goes a long way for your emotional well-being this book not only helps you do that but I found it most helpful as it describes all the benefits of a grateful attitude and manifesting what we want. I really enjoyed this book and only wish it came with the journal or notebooks. I know they have other types of journals but I really identified with this author and feel as if I would benefit from a journal with her helpful hits on a daily basis. I truly enjoyed this book and appreciated all the advice and have taken most of it to heart. I received this book from NetGalleyShelf in the publisher but I am leaving this reveal voluntarily please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review but all opinions are definitely my own.
